A hair holder (1) includes a tubular body (2) that is constituted by a sheet and through which a bundle of hair can be inserted from an opening (21) at a one end toward an opening (22) at the other end, and has a flat shape. The tubular body (2) includes a first surface sheet (23A) and a second surface sheet (23B) that are located on the inside and the outside, respectively, in a state in which the hair holder (1) is rolled up. Side regions of the first surface sheet (23A) and side regions of the second surface sheet (23B) are joined to each other, thereby forming a pair of side joined regions (24) in the tubular body (2). The side joined regions (24) have a plurality of second-surface-sheet-side recesses (25) along a longitudinal direction (X) of the side joined regions (24), the recesses being recessed from the second surface sheet (23B) side toward the first surface sheet (23A) side.

Hair curling system and method that utilizes bi-stable ribbon springs
A system and method for curling a lock of hair. A hair curling assembly contains a bi-stable ribbon spring. The ribbon spring is biased into a coiled configuration. The ribbon spring has positional stability in both its coiled configuration and its linear configuration. The ribbon spring is manipulated into its linear configuration within the hair curling assembly. The hair curling assembly is then positioned proximate the lock of hair to be curled. The ribbon spring is triggered back to its coiled configuration. The lock of hair winds with the ribbon spring into its coiled configuration, therein forming a curl in the lock of hair.
HAIR CURLING SYSTEMS
The present disclosure is directed to open hair curlers that may be used with separate hair rollers to create two or more sizes or orientations of curls on the same length of hair. The hair curling systems include a planar body curved around a lateral axis without forming a closed cylinder. The planar body curves to create a cradle in which a complementary hair roller can sit inside. Other examples include an open curler without a distinct cradle that can still accommodate a separate hair roller. When hair is secured around a complementarily configured hair roller which is then secured in the open hair curler, the remaining hair may be curled around the outside of the open hair curler.

HAIR CURLING ROD DEVICE CONFIGURED TO CREATE TIGHT SPIRAL CURLS FOR ALL HAIR TEXTURES WITH OR WITHOUT THE USE OF HEAT
A hair curling rod device for creating tight spiral curls for all hair textures, with or without the use of heat includes a top member and a bottom member. The top member has a relatively flat orientation and a flat bottom side. The bottom member has a convex orientation to the top member and a substantially circular cross-section. The top member is connected to the bottom member at a first end by a U-shaped connection. The U-shaped connection biases the top member toward the bottom member. The top member has a first length and the bottom member has a second length. Where the second length is longer than the first length, where the bottom member extends beyond the top member at a second end. The bottom member has an upward angled portion at the second end where the bottom member extends beyond the top member at the second end.
Hair holder, method for producing said hair holder, and method for using said hair holder
A hair holder (1) of the present invention includes a tubular body (2) and a fixing member (5). The tubular body (2) has a first surface sheet (23A) and a second surface sheet (23B). The second surface sheet (23B) has a plurality of slits (25) that extends in a width direction and that is intermittently arranged along a longitudinal direction. The fixing member (5) has a first member (5a) and second members (5b) that can be detachably joined together. The first member (5a) is arranged on the first surface sheet (23A) on the side of a first opening (21) located at a first end in the longitudinal direction. The second surface sheet (23B) has a central region (M) in the width direction, where the plurality of slits is provided, and a pair of side regions (S) each of which is located on opposite sides of the central region (M). The second members (5b) are arranged in the pair of side regions (S), respectively, so as to extend in the longitudinal direction.
