A nonwoven material formed of bicomponent fibers may be used as a cosmetic cushion to hold cosmetic compositions, such as liquid foundation, in a housing for consumer use with an applicator. The use of bicomponent fibers may allow for the utilization of various natural or synthetic materials for the core and shell which may be adjusted for greatest compatibility with cosmetic compositions. Bicomponent fibers forming nonwoven materials may be a polyethylene terephthalate (PET) core/polyethylene (PE) shell composition. This PET/PE composition may allow for maximum stability and chemical resistance in combination with aggressive chemical ingredients. Cosmetic cushions using these nonwoven materials may feel sensationally pleasing to the consumer and perform with the best quality throughout the lifetime of the product. The cosmetic cushion also may look aesthetically pleasing when filled or saturated with product.

A compact container having a contamination-preventing cooling plate, includes: a discharge mechanism, inside the compact container, for discharging cosmetics; a discharge plate having a discharge hole and a coupling groove formed in the center thereof; and the cooling plate, which is coupled to the upper part of the discharge plate, has an outlet formed in the center thereof, and is made from a metal material. A contamination guard plate is coupled to the coupling groove of the discharge plate so as to block most of the outlet of the cooling plate while leaving only a discharge gap. The contamination guard plate blocks the outlet of the cooling plate, excluding the discharge gap, so as to prevent bacteria or contaminants from entering the outlet from the puff, and the cooling plate, which is made from the metal material, lowers the temperature of the discharged cosmetics.

A container for liquid cosmetics may include a container unit having which includes a container which is filled with a liquid cosmetic product and combined with cup-shaped packing in which an accepting pit, through which discharging holes penetrate, is formed and a liquid cosmetic product applying unit which includes a cap combined with the container, is assembled so that a sponge, which is assembled to the front end of an inner cylinder elastically supported with elasticity of a compression spring assembled inside the cap, tightly comes in contact with the accepting pit of the packing to assume the shape of the accepting pit and protrudes, when the cap is removed, the inner cylinder to a predetermined distance to restore the sponge to its original state.

Applicator for applying a cosmetic product to the skin, in particular the eyelids, comprising an applicator member (10), the latter having on its external surface a recess (12) and an applicator tip (15) having a substantially flat main facet (20) extending from the recess (12) towards the distal end of the applicator member (10).

A makeup removing glove assembly includes a glove that can be worn on a user's hand. The glove is comprised of a deformable material such that the glove can scrub the user’s face without causing discomfort for the user. The glove is comprised of a fluid permeable material to absorb a cleaning fluid for enhancing cleaning the user’s face. A plurality of scrubbers is each coupled to the glove to enhance scrubbing makeup from the user’s face. Furthermore, the plurality of scrubbers is distributed over an entirety of the glove to facilitate the glove to be worn on either the right hand or the left hand for scrubbing the user’s face.

An applicator for skincare products includes a handle and an applicator head on or over which an applicator pad can be stretched or otherwise attach. The pad serves as a means to apply to the skin a variety of skincare products, such as lotions, oils, or serums for beauty, medication, or protection purposes. The applicator array device may also include, a plurality of applicator elements disposed on the substrate, together defining an applicator array. Each applicator element may include an applicator member having a length substantially orthogonal to an outer surface of the substrate, a first portion of the length extending from the outer surface of the substrate and a second portion of the applicator member extending through the substrate. The first portion may define a first end and the second portion may define a second end opposite the first end. Each applicator element may also include an applicator surface defined by the first end.

The present invention relates to an electric personal care apparatus comprising a skin contacting portion configured for contact with skin of a user. The skin contacting portion comprises a porous and compressible material. The porous and compressible material is configured to hold a fluid by capillary forces. The porous and compressible material is configured to be compressed due to pressure contact of the skin contacting portion with the skin of the user, and configured to release the fluid onto the skin of the user when the porous and compressible material is holding the fluid and being compressed.

A refillable skin lotion dispenser includes a refillable lotion housing having an openable collar located at or adjacent a first end thereof. The collar includes a dispensing valve configured to dispense lotion therethrough under gravity; and an annular sponge permanently secured to the collar and configured to surround the dispensing valve so as to be operative to spread dispensed lotion over an area of skin.

An instrument for drawing eyebrows with a cosmetic product includes a hollow body bearing an application element at one end of the hollow body, the application element including a plurality of tips arranged in a single line or row along the longitudinal axis of the instrument. A base of each of the plurality of tips is connected to the application element and each of the plurality of tips is capable of having the cosmetic product extruded or pushed therethrough. The application element being connected to the hollow body. The instrument further includes a mechanism arranged inside the hollow body which pushes the cosmetic product through the application element and is configured to supply the plurality of tips with the cosmetic product.
