Further, the container includes an upper portion and a lower portion. Further, the lower portion includes an interior space and the upper portion includes an opening leading into the interior space. Further, the container is configured to contain the substance in the interior space. Further, the applicator is removably disposable in the interior space. Further, a traversal cross-sectional profile of the applicator is non-circular. Further, the applicator is configured for extracting the substance from the interior space. Further, the upper portion is configured for wiping an outer surface of the applicator. Further, the upper portion includes a wall for forming the opening. Further, the wall is configured for interacting with the outer surface. Further, the wiping of the outer surface is based on the interacting.

A cosmetic package for applying a composition including a cosmetic, care or pharmaceutical composition onto the keratinous substrate comprises a receptacle and a cosmetic applicator. The cosmetic applicator further comprises an applicator head including a passage for delivering the composition to an application surface. The applicator head is connected with a pump mechanism for moving the composition from a container house in the package through the passage and onto an application surface. The applicator head includes an applying member which comprises a spatula with a first application face having a concave inner surface forming the application surface and a second application face having a convex outer surface. The second application face may include a textured surface.

A cosmetic package for applying a composition including a cosmetic, care or pharmaceutical composition onto the keratinous substrate comprises a receptacle and a cosmetic applicator. The cosmetic applicator further comprises an applicator head including a passage for delivering the composition to an application surface. The applicator head is connected with a pump mechanism for moving the composition from a container house in the package through the passage and onto an application surface. The applicator head includes an applying member which comprises a spatula with a first application face having a concave inner surface forming the application surface and a second application face having a convex outer surface. The second application face may include a textured surface.

Applicator systems and kits for applying a product to hair or skin as well as methods of use thereof are described. The applicator system may include a brush including a handle and a brush head; a cap configured to couple to a portion of the brush; a refillable container including an opening; and a divider including an opening for receiving the brush and removing excess product from the brush. The divider may be attached to the opening of the refillable container.
