The photoreactive hair treatment apparatus comprises: a light source for emitting light; and a power supply unit for supplying power to the light source, wherein the light source is arranged to emit the light toward hair onto which a hair treating agent is applied. As such, the present invention has the effect of enhancing hair treatment efficiency by reducing the acting time in which the hair treating agent has effects on the hair.
