A hairband is provided for selectively securing hair. The hairband includes a first band extending between opposite free ends, the first band including a first predetermined length up to thirty-five inches, and a first midpoint between the opposite free ends, the first band being formed from a rolled up first layer of textile material that includes elastic fibers; and a second band extending between opposite free ends, the second band including a second predetermined length up to thirty-five inches, and a second midpoint between the opposite free ends, the second band being formed from a rolled up second layer of textile material that includes elastic fibers, and the first midpoint of the first band is knotted to the second midpoint of the second band to secure the first band to the second band, thereby forming four legs extending from the knotted first and second midpoints.

A hair styling device features a headband worn along a hairline of a user's head and spanning around a crown thereof, preferably with an ornamental appearance displayed on a front portion of the headband across the along a front hairline to enable daytime wearing thereof in social settings. Hair accessories, hair accessory kits and methods of using hair accessories are disclosed. The hair accessory comprises a base defining a head-facing surface and an opposing surface, a stem extending from the opposing surface, and an enlarged form extending from the stem opposite the base. When the hair accessory is positioned against a wearer's head, the hair surrounding the base is drawn perpendicularly away from the wearer's head and fastened around the stem. The fastened hair at least partially conforms to the shape of the enlarged form. A textile cover may be provided for covering the fastened hair and the enlarged form.

An adjustable headband bow includes an elongated strap and a loop encircling the strap. The strap has a first surface and a second surface, and tapers from a first end to a central portion and gradually widens from the central portion to a second end The strap is curved with the first end and the second end positioned next to each other. The first end is slidably passed through the loop in one direction and the second end is slidably passed through the loop in an opposite direction, forming a bow on a headband. The elongated strap and the loop tighten the headband responsive to tension on the first end and the second end. The headband adjusts to fit a wide range of head sizes.

A convertible fashion accessory item has a first condition in the form of a bracelet, anklet, necklace or other looped jewelry item, and at least a second condition in the form of a hair or ponytail holder. The accessory apparatus includes an outer elastic member and at least one inner elastic member disposed within the outer elastic tubular member with the at least one inner elastic member defining a hollow interior. The accessory apparatus may include first and second inner elastic members. The first inner elastic member may include filler material within the hollow interior thereof. A hair barrette for securing hair is disclosed. The hair barrette includes a first, second, and third segment. The first and second segments each have a first side having teeth and a catch, and an opposing second side having an ornamental design. The third segment is positioned between the first and second segments and may have a first end, a second end, a first opening adjacent to the first end, and a second opening adjacent to the second end. The catch of the first segment is insertable into the second opening of the third segment and the catch of the second, segment is insertable into the first opening of the third segment. Further the ornamental designs are visible when said the catches are inserted into the openings.

A wearable decorative device. The wearable decorative device includes an apparel configured to be worn on a body of a user. A first member of a hook and loop fastener is fastened to an outer surface of the apparel. The present invention further includes a hair accessory. The hair accessory includes a front surface opposite a rear surface. The front surface includes a first decoration. A second member of the hook and lop fastener is fastened to the rear surface of the hair accessory. The second member is releasably attached to the first member. A hair clip is fastened to the rear surface of the hair accessory.

A convenient face mask or personal protective equipment carrying system that not only provides an easy access of the mask itself to the user but also enables the carrying system to be part of an accessory for a user. In one embodiment, the carrying system includes a holder, which may be in a form of a bracelet, a necklace, a hair tie, a necktie clip, a purse clip, etc. In another embodiment, the holder may include an anchor for receiving the elastic bands of the face mask. In another embodiment, the face mask is in a folded state or in a state where the surface area of the face mask is reduced to engage the anchor. In an alternative embodiment where the face mask does not have an elastic band, the holder further may include an elastic band to hold the face mask in a folded state by the anchor.
