The width of the contact surface of the scrubbing material may be equal to the width of the solar panel, so that the solar panel may be cleaned with only upward and downward strokes. The brush body may further support a fluid manifold that receives the fluid from the fluid supply. The fluid manifold may include nozzles that emit the fluid under pressure onto the solar panel. The nozzles may project both frontward and rearward of the brush body so that the fluid sprays off the solar panel in front of and behind the brush. Spray patterns of the nozzles may overlap and impinge the entire width of the solar panel.
