An apparatus for a mobile floor standing structure with a wheeled base, attached to a dry-erase board is described. The dry erase board can be secured to the stand at a vertical orientation to give rise to a vertically standing writable dry-erase board. Alternatively, the dry-erase board being pivotably oriented form a vertical position to a horizontal position to yield into a writable dry erase board in a table configuration. The wheeled base adds ease in maneuverability and portability of the apparatus.

A combination stand assembly is provided. The assembly includes a dual-use stand adapted to provide a floor stand and/or a bed top stand. The combination stand includes a floor base configured with a telescoping upright support structure and a top tray. The top tray may be used to support various items such as, but not limited to, a laptop computer. The top tray is removable from the upright support structure and includes extendable legs so that the tray, when separated from the upright support, may be used as a self-contained secondary stand (e.g., for use as a bed top stand). In this way, the combination stand may be configured for use as a floor stand and/or for use as a bed top stand. The disclosure includes a portable fire pit comprising a housing, a first pair of wheels operatively coupled to a front portion of the housing, a second pair of wheels operatively coupled to a rear portion of the housing, and a fire pit coupled to a top portion of the housing, wherein the fire pit comprises at least one solid vertical wall. In some embodiments, the portable fire pit also includes a cover that converts to a table, as well as a suspension grate to hold firewood and a grill rack to hold food above the fire pit. The grill rack may be configured to be located at different heights above the fire pit, and may also be configured to rotate between positions directly over and to the side of the fire pit.
