Vertically Stackable Dwelling Device
Embodiments herein relate to a dwelling device (100) having a plurality of unilaterally open dwelling units (110, 110, 110) for temporary accommodation of one or more people. Each dwelling unit (110) comprises a uniform hexagonal honeycomb-shaped outer profile (120) with a base panel (111), a screen panel (112) arranged parallel to the base panel (111), as well as two upper and two lower side panels (113, 114, 113, 114) connecting the base panel (111) and screen panel (112) in the area of the opposing side edges (115, 115). Each dwelling unit is made of a material whose stability is dimensioned to ensure both the stability of a dwelling unit (110) as a single piece of furniture as well as an adjacent vertical stacking of a plurality of dwelling units (110, 110, 110) without further aids in a safe manner. A robust design, which makes a vertical stacking on top of each other possible, is achieved by the hexagonal honeycomb-shaped wall of the dwelling unit (110) being integrally formed as a single piece and by the wall being made of a carton material.

The accessibility of the dwelling unit (110) as well as the comfort and safety within the dwelling unit (110) is improved over the prior art in that at least one dwelling unit (110) comprises one or more cross struts for increasing the stability and for acting as leaning units for people staying within the dwelling unit, wherein one cross strut is shaped in the form of a ladder (300).
Reconfigurable modular storage system
A reconfigurable modular storage system has a reconfigurable support for storage units of the storage system. The reconfigurable support includes an end frame member attachable to the storage unit in two reverse orientations and releasably attachable base members. When the end frame member is attached to the storage unit in a first orientation and the base members are unattached, a portion of the end frame member serves as a raised end railing of the storage unit. When the end frame member is attached to the storage unit in a second orientation and the base members are attached, the base members serve as a load-bearing supports for the end frame member and for the storage unit. Multiple end frame members may be vertically stacked to create multiple vertically stacked storage units.
Stackable storage device for footwear
A display case assembly for footwear that allows the user easy access to each individual pair of footwear while displaying each item of footwear. The assembly includes one or more containers that can be stacked to form an assembly of storage devices that cooperate to assist access to the footwear in that a first device stacked on top of a second device can be used to hold the door of the second device open while the user accesses the footwear inside. The containers feature two adjacent doors with magnets located on their exterior surfaces positioned to contact the magnets on a door of a second container stacked on top of a first container. In addition, the containers feature a support column with magnets that are positioned to contact magnets on the doors when the doors are fully closed.
DOOR PIVOT ASSEMBLY AND SMART LOCKER USING THE SAME
A door pivot assembly used for secure storage includes a bushing, a nut and a bolt. The bushing is secured to a door frame, and the bushing has a non-threaded bore therethrough. The nut is secured to a door panel, and the nut has a threaded bore therethrough. The threaded bore of the nut aligns with the non-threaded bore of the bushing. The bolt passes through the door panel and the door frame. The bolt has a head, a threaded shaft, and a non-threaded shaft. The threaded shaft and the non-threaded shaft sequentially extend from the head. The threaded shaft is screwed into the threaded bore of the nut, and the non-threaded shaft is rotatably disposed in the non-threaded bore of the bushing, so that the door panel can be pivoted relative to the door frame. A smart locker having the door pivot assembly is also provided.
FOLDING SHELF
The present invention discloses a folding shelf for placing a box with a built-in liquid crystal panel in multiple layers, the folding shelf including: a first frame assembly, the first frame assembly including a rectangular first frame assembly body and four first support columns erected at a lower end of the first frame assembly body, the first frame assembly body comprising two first fixing beams and two first connecting beams disposed between the two first fixed beams, wherein the first support column comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder, the first cylinder is erected at an upper end of the second cylinder, an upper end of the first cylinder is folding connected to a lower end of the first fixed beam, a lower end of the first cylinder is folding connected to the upper end of the second cylinder.
MODULAR AUTOMATED LOCKER AND METHOD OF MAKING SAME
A modular locker comprising at least two vertical towers being positioned side by side. Each vertical tower defines a front opening and a space therein and comprises spaced apart lateral walls interconnected by top, bottom, and rear parts. The lateral walls define respective inner and outer sides. The outer side comprises a protruding contour surrounding a recessed surface. The interfacing lateral walls of adjacent vertical towers are releasably connected defining an enclosure therebetween. A plurality of compartments for containing parcels therein are vertically arranged within each of the towers. Each of the compartments comprises a shelf structure comprising a shelf floor and a door. The shelf floor is mounted to the inner sides of the spaced apart lateral walls. The door is mounted to the tower at the front opening and is movable between open and closed positions thereby providing for selectively accessing the compartment.
