STRETCHING DEVICE FOR LEISURE CHAIR
A stretching device for a leisure chair includes a base. Stretching assemblies are symmetrically and pivotally connected to two sides of the base. The stretching assembly includes a seat plate mechanism. The front part of the seat plate mechanism is pivotally connected to a leg mechanism. The rear part of the seat plate mechanism is pivotally connected to a backrest mechanism. A drive mechanism is provided between the stretching assemblies. The drive mechanism includes a front drive rod and a rear drive rod. The front drive rod and the rear drive rod drive the stretching assemblies to unfold or fold by a reciprocating motion device. Two ends of the front drive rod are fixedly connected to the leg mechanism. Two ends of the rear drive rod are pivotally connected to a first drive member. The middle part of the first drive member is pivotally connected to a second drive member.
LIFT CHAIR WITH HORIZONTALLY MAINTAINED ARMRESTS
A powered lift chair comprises a frame, a backrest, left and right armrests, a seat, a footrest, and a pair of linear actuator mechanisms. A first one of the pair of linear actuator mechanisms is utilized to control the backrest of the chair, while the second one of the pair of linear actuator mechanisms is utilized to move the frame of the chair between a lowered position and an elevated position, as well as to move the seat of the chair between a substantially horizontal orientation and a tilted orientation such that the forward end portion of the seat is tilted downwardly while the rearward end portion of the seat is tilted upwardly, all while the left and right armrests are fixed in position and disposed within horizontal planes. Such compound movements of the chair and the seat will stably assist a person to be moved from a seated position to a standing position while the person is able to grasp and push downwardly upon the left and right armrests whereby the fixed armrests will effectively provide the person with stable platforms upon which the person can reliably, securely, and safely place his or her hands so as to assist himself or herself to move from the seated position to the standing position.

Rocker reclining mechanism for a rocker recliner rocking between the arms
A rocker recliner is disclosed that has a pair of stationary arms; a seat disposed between the arms; an ottoman; a back coupled to the seat. A full-recline linkage mechanism couples the ottoman, the seat and the back and is operable to move the ottoman, the seat and the back between a closed position, a TV position and a fully reclined position. A rocker assembly is coupled between the full-recline linkage mechanism and the stationary arms that allows the seat, back and ottoman to rock between the stationary arms in any of the closed position, the TV position or the fully reclined position.
MECHANICAL EXTENSION APPARATUS FOR RECLINING SEAT HAVING EXTENDABLE CHAIR UNIT
The present disclosure relates to a mechanical extension apparatus for an extendable chair unit and a chair unit including such mechanical extension apparatus. The mechanical extension apparatus includes: a reclining apparatus that include multiple links attached to the seat, the backrest and the footrest of the extendable seat, and such reclining apparatus is configured to convert the extendable seat between a sitting position, a TV position, and a lying position. The mechanical extension apparatus also includes an actuator that is attached to the reclining apparatus, and the actuator is configured to electronically convert the extendable seat between the sitting position and the TV position; and the reclining apparatus is configured to convert the extendable seat between the TV position and the lying position by non-electric actuation.
