self-adaption breathable cushion
A self-adaption breathable cushion comprises a fixed base and a plurality of self-adaptive units integrated side by side and disposed on the fixed base; each of the adaptive units comprises a strap and an elastic member, the elastic member supports the strap to tension above the fixing, base, when the strap is pressed by the pressure and recessed downwards, the strap pulls the elastic member to be deformed, so that the self-adaptive unit moves downwards in a whole; when the pressure is removed, the elastic member is reset under its own elasticity, and the strap is also reset. The self-adaption breathable cushion can be self-adaptive deformed according to the weight of a human body to be borne, so as to be attached to the human body, making the human body more comfortable, ventilated and breathable, easy to clean, and inexpensive.

Deformable body and method for the production thereof
A deformable body, wherein the body is constructed from a multiplicity of layers of a polymer construction material and in which a construction direction is defined perpendicular to the layers. The body preferably comprises layers with a multiplicity of curve pairs (10) which are formed by the construction material and which run in the same direction as one another, the curve pairs comprise in each case two periodic curves (20, 30) running oppositely with respect to one another, and the curve pairs comprise portions of maximum spacing to one another (40, 41, 60, 61) and portions of minimum spacing to one another (50, 51, 70, 71). In one part of the layers, in adjacent curve pairs (10), at least one portion of maximum spacing (41) of one curve is connected to a portion of maximum spacing (60) of an adjacent curve, in a further part of the layers, in adjacent curve pairs (10), at least one portion of maximum spacing (41) of one curve is not connected to a portion of maximum spacing (60) of an adjacent curve, in a further part of the layers, in adjacent curve pairs (10), at least a part of the portions of minimum spacing (50, 51) are connected to one another, and in a further part of the layers, in adjacent curve pairs (10), at least a part of the portions of minimum spacing (50, 51) are not connected to one another. The invention also relates to a method for producing the body and to a device for supporting and/or bearing a person having the body according to the invention. The boy may be used inter alia as a mattress or as a vehicle seat.

Dual-layered fabric for use in pocketed spring assembly
A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of individually pocketed springs. Each string is joined to at least one adjacent string. Each string has first and second opposed plies of fabric and a plurality of pockets formed along a length of the string by transverse seams joining the plies. At least one spring is positioned in each of the pockets. The double-layered fabric used to make at least some strings comprises two layers of non-woven spunbonded polypropylene fabric to reduce noise. The layers may be ultrasonically welded or point bonded together.
BAGGED SPRING BED CORE WITH SIDE CONNECTED TO STRIP-SHAPED MATERIAL AND MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND METHOD THEREOF
Disclosed are a bagged spring bed core with a side connected to a strip-shaped material and a manufacturing device and method thereof. The bed core is formed by arranging and bonding bagged spring strings connected to a strip-shaped material. The device includes a string feeding mechanism, a feeding mechanism, a tidying mechanism, and a sealing and cutting mechanism. The sealing and cutting mechanism cuts off the bagged spring string and the strip-shaped material to form bagged springs connected to the strip-shaped material. By bonding the strip-shaped material, the bagged spring string is no longer easily elongated or shortened by the action of an external force, so that the finally formed bagged spring bed core has good dimensional stability and can be compressed and coiled for packaging. Moreover, the strip-shaped material is provided between adjacent bagged spring strings in the bed core, so that the bed core has better durability.
Pocketed spring assembly comprising strings of springs with tabs
A pocketed spring assembly comprises a plurality of parallel strings of springs held together with tabs. Longitudinal seams joining overlapping tabs extend generally the same direction as the strings of springs. Pockets are formed along a string of springs by aligned separating seams. At least one spring is positioned in each pocket. Each separating seam joins opposed plies of the string and keeps the spring in its pocket. Ends of aligned separating seams are spaced from each other, thereby improving airflow between pockets.
