An article of furniture includes a seat assembly that includes a rectangular seat support frame and a rest mount arranged on each of at least two adjacent sides of the seat support frame. A rest assembly includes a rectangular rest support frame and a seat mount arranged on at least one side of the rest support frame. The article of furniture includes at least one elongate connector, the, or each, elongate connector having a first portion that is engageable, in a detachable manner, with either of the rest mounts, and a second portion that is engageable, in a detachable manner, with the seat mount.

The interconverting support frames include a plurality of interconnecting frame members that are configured to be selectively assembled in a pack frame assembled configuration and a seat frame assembled configuration. The plurality of interconnecting frame members includes a central frame member, a plurality of longitudinal frame members, and a plurality of transitioning frame members. The longitudinal frame members are configured to support a pack of the load-carrying device in the pack frame assembled configuration. The transitioning frame members are configured to interconnect with and selectively disconnect from the central frame member to transition the interconverting support frame between the pack frame and the seat frame assembled configurations. In the seat frame assembled configuration, the plurality of longitudinal frame members and the plurality of transitioning frame members are operably interconnected with the central frame member, and the interconverting support frame is configured to support a seat fabric on a ground surface.

The present disclosure provides a packable assembly comprising an apparatus. The apparatus may comprise a main body comprising one or more openings or grooves; one or more support members that are insertable into the one or more openings or grooves of the main body; one or more additional support members positioned external to or remote from the one or more openings or grooves of the main body; and one or more attachment mechanisms configured to releasably couple the one or more support members to the one or more additional support members to provide structural support for the main body.

Various systems and methods relate to an adaptive chair system having (i) a stowed mode in which the members of the chair frame are contained within a compact flexible multi-function bag (MFB), and (ii) a deployed mode in which the MFB is adapted to releasably couple to an arm of the chair to provide a multipurpose accessory chamber. In an illustrative example, the MFB may, for example, fold in on itself in an accessory mode. The MFB may provide various utilities for hikers, for example, by providing a case to receive an inflatable bladder so as to form a pillow. The MFB may receive a thermal liner adapted to maintain, for example, food or beverage temperature. Various embodiments may advantageously provide a rugged, water resistant MFB system in an ultralight form factor that serves as a multipurpose accessory (e.g., to store items), yet provides a compact, adaptive chair frame containment.

A portable chair according to the present disclosure includes a chair frame formed by detachably coupling a plurality of poles, a chair cover detachably coupled to the chair frame and made of a flexible material supporting the body of a user, and a seat member installed at a portion of the chair cover, which supports a hip portion of the user, and made of a hard material.

This chair has the advantages of simple and reasonable structure, easy installation and disassembly, simple manufacture process and low cost, and is especially suitable for carrying around when traveling.

A seat system and assembly. A seat system may include a removable, repositionable elongated flexible body and a collapsible frame. The elongated flexible body may include an upper tapered portion and a lower tapered portion. The collapsible frame may have an elastic cord securing a plurality of interconnectable members. The result is a seat assembly to receive a weight of a user in a semi-reclined position and removable from the collapsible frame to a storage position.

Various systems and methods relate to an adaptive chair system having (i) a stowed mode in which members of the chair frame are compactly contained within a multi-function bag (MFB), and (ii) a deployed mode in which the multi-purpose chair is configured to transition between at least two seating modes. In an illustrative example, the chair may be provided with an adaptive frame which may be reconfigured to transition between the seating modes. For example, the chair may transition between any of a vertical/upright (chair) mode (e.g., FIG. 8B), a vertical/upright (chair) mode using trek pole handle segment(s) (e.g., FIG. 1C), a low-profile/recon (seat) mode (e.g., FIG. 2B), and a longitudinal/lounge mode (e.g., FIG. 2B). Various embodiments may advantageously provide an adaptive chair system in an ultralight form factor which may fulfill multiple functions including, by way of example and not limitation, seating, sun/rain canopy, footrest, or some combination thereof.

A bleacher seat having a cloth cover, tube insertion sleeves and a bleacher seat support assembly. The bleacher seat support assembly has two foot pad tube assemblies, two back tubes, four tube plugs, four seat tubes, a middle cross tube, two connectors, and two elastic ropes. Each connector is of a four-way connecting port structure. Horizontal connecting ports of the two connectors are respectively connected to two ends of the middle cross tube, front connecting ports of the two connectors are respectively connected to the foot pad tube assemblies, two upper connecting ports which are internally communicated with each other are formed in the upper end of each connector, each upper connecting port is connected to the lower end of one seat tube, and the upper end of each rear seat tube is connected to one back tube.
