In one embodiment, a method of supporting the neck of a user when the user is laying on his or her back includes: obtaining a neck support device including first and second leg attachment portions, a head cradle, and a first coupling portion attaching the first leg attachment portion to the head cradle and a second coupling portion attaching the second leg attachment portion to the head cradle; attaching the first leg attachment portion to the first leg or foot of the user; attaching the second leg attachment portion to the second leg or foot of the user; and arranging the head cradle on a back portion of a user's head such that the user's head is held in tension.
ADJUSTABLE CHAIR HEADREST
An adjustable chair headrest, relating to the technical field of office chairs, comprises a support rod connected to a chair back and a headrest, and further comprises an elastic sliding mechanism connecting the headrest and the support rod. The elastic sliding mechanism is provided with a lock mechanism and comprises a stop block, a sliding push rod and an elastic telescoping mechanism, and an end, away from the stop block, of the sliding push rod is connected to the headrest. One end of the sliding push rod stretches into a groove of the support rod, and a gap is reserved between the sliding push rod and one end of the stop block. A tension spring is disposed in the gap and has two ends respectively connected to the sliding push rod and the stop block. The headrest can extend and retract horizontally when users change their posture.
ADJUSTABLE CHAIR HEADREST
An adjustable chair headrest, relating to the technical field of office chairs, comprises a support rod connected to a chair back and a headrest, and further comprises an elastic sliding mechanism connecting the headrest and the support rod. The elastic sliding mechanism is provided with a lock mechanism and comprises a stop block, a sliding push rod and an elastic telescoping mechanism, and an end, away from the stop block, of the sliding push rod is connected to the headrest. One end of the sliding push rod stretches into a groove of the support rod, and a gap is reserved between the sliding push rod and one end of the stop block. Non-restraining collar
A non-restraining collar can include a unitary pillow having extending from a collar body first and second collar straps that extend opposite one another and terminate in respective distal ends separated by a space having a first distance in a relaxed state. The non-restraining collar can also include an elastically deformable spring member embedded in the unitary pillow, the elastically deformable spring member having portions extending into both of the first and second collar straps. The elastically deformable spring member can be deformed such that the first distance is increased to a second distance.

The seat part (5, 6, 7, 8) has at least three seat elements (5, 6, 7) that can be adjusted in relation to one another and whose operating positions can be adjusted individually.
