Plate And Cup Assembly
A plate and cup assembly for attaching a cup to a plate includes a food plate that has an opening extending through the food plate. A cup is provided and the cup is insertable upwardly through the opening in the food plate. A lid is insertable into the opening in the food plate and the lid releasably engages the cup when the cup is inserted upwardly through the opening for retaining the cup on the food plate. The lid has a straw opening extending through the lid to facilitate a drinking straw to be extended through the straw opening and into the cup for drinking the beverage contained in the cup when the cup is retained on the food plate.
Multipurpose serving tray
Serving trays configured to securely hold both stemware and/or non-stemware articles, such as glasses, are disclosed herein. The trays can comprise securing portions, which in turn can comprise channel and receptacle portions allowing for easy and secure holding of stemware by the tray. The tray can further comprise features for securing non-stemware articles and in some embodiments, can comprise features for securing both stemware and non-stemware articles. The trays can further comprise various features to improve the stability and handling of the tray.
SECURE-GRIP DISPOSABLE DISH FOR FOOD
The embodiments provide a secure-grip disposable dish for food. A food surface and a raised rim together give the dish to some extent a concave shape. The dish includes a void for receiving a user's thumb. In a first embodiment the void for receiving a user's thumb is configured as a slot. In a second embodiment the void for receiving a user's thumb is configured as an aperture. An elevated shelf proximal to the void for receiving a user's thumb can be included to provide a spot for the tip of a user's thumb to rest on when the dish is in use. In an alternative embodiment, a void for receiving one or more fingers of a user is substituted for the void for receiving a user's thumb.
PLATE/DINNERWARE WITH TWIST FITTING
A plate having a top surface, a bottom surface, and an indentation configured to detachably and securely receive and/or engage an implement having a lip or raised rim, such as a beverage cup, is disclosed. The indentation may comprise a threaded configuration, or a series of grooves, suitable for engaging an implement having a lip or rim, such as beverage cup. The indentation may be a raised indentation or a recessed indentation, and may be closed or open to the top of the plate. The plate may also include at least one or more slits therein, the slits being capable of receiving therein an eating implement, such as a spoon, fork or knife. Engaging a drinking implement having a lip and/or rim with the indentation at the bottom surface of the plate accommodates the secure attachment of the drinking implement to the plate, permitting the user to accommodate the plate and a beverage implement (cup) securely, and with one hand.
Food plate with glass holder and a handle
The current invention discloses a food plate (1) with a glass holder 3) and a handle (2) in the middle. The person holds the plate and glass-holder combination with one hand around the handle. The handle (4) may be detachable from the plate, the glass holder, or both. The handle in the middle facilitates the food plate to be on one side, and the glass holder on the other side of the hand. Thus, the weight of the food in the plate on one side of the hand, and the weight of the drink glass in the glass holder on the other side create a balanced configuration for holding. Since the food plate is not behind the drink glass, it does not interfere with the eating of the food.
Portable food handling devices
A food handling device includes a holder having an interior chamber extending along a longitudinal axis, and an extension housing detachably mounted on the holder and having an interior compartment for receiving and for holding the foodstuff. A pusher is mounted in the chamber for axial movement. An actuator axially moves the pusher through the chamber and through the compartment into contact with the foodstuff, and incrementally feeds a continuously variable quantity of the foodstuff along the longitudinal axis through the opening directly into a user's mouth to enable the foodstuff to be eaten bite-by-bite in a sanitary manner without using eating accessories, such as plates and/or utensils, and without the user's hands directly touching and contaminating the foodstuff, thereby preventing the spread of disease.
Portable plate, cup and silverware
A novel portable plate, cup and silverware device that improves portability, usability and stability is disclosed. The present invention includes a plate of the type used for food at meals, gatherings, parties and the such. The plate includes an adjustable strap, hidden in a compartment under an openable and closeable cover on the underside of the plate, to provide stability while a user holds the plate. The plate also includes a cup holder on the top of the plate, a cup with an internal straw and a lid, as well as comfort grip utensils that can be attached and detached from the rim of the plate. The device can be manufactured from multiple reusable, disposable or recyclable materials. This embodiment of the invention also includes an adjustable tray for attachment to various fixed surfaces and a notched cup for easy stacking of multiple cups.
Portable food handling devices
A portable food handling device including a flexible strip having a body portion and a first and second end region, the body portion bent into a closed loop configuration to define an interior space configured to receive foodstuffs therein. Such a portable food handling device can include a feeder that can rotate to linearly advance the foodstuff in a bite-by-bite manner into the user's mouth. The foodstuff is thus incrementally exposed so that it can be directly eaten in a sanitary manner without using eating accessories, such as plates and/or utensils, as well as without one's hands directly touching and contaminating the foodstuff to prevent the spread of disease and pandemics.
Portable Plate, Cup and Silverware
