ABSORBENT BEVERAGE COLLAR
A universal absorbent collar for use on vessels holding liquid. One embodiment of the collar includes a length of material, one end of which forms a loop structure through which the other end is inserted after the length of material is wrapped around the vessel. The user can tighten the collar by pulling on a single end of the strip of material. In addition, the strip of material is meant to double as a marketing tool and can feature any manner of information. A second embodiment of the device consists of a corded structure that is wrapped around a vessel and tied in place or fastened in place.

A floating tray assembly for holding containers, such as beverage glasses, wherein the floating tray assembly can withstand the turbulence in water preventing the containers from toppling. A cup stacking and holding assembly is disclosed with methods of application in standard use and with internal electronics for visual displays. The cup holder assembly may be manufactured in various configurations, all providing a cup rack for convenient and stable stacking of disposable cups. The cup rack may comprise a base providing a surface for abutting support for a cup retainer plate and a plurality of mounting cups; the cup retainer plate coupled to the base; the plurality of mounting cups integrally molded to the cup retainer plate; the cup retainer plate moveable from a first closed position parallel and proximal to the surface for abutting support to a second open position; a back panel extending from the base, the back panel substantially perpendicular relative to the surface for abutting support, and an electronic display installed in the back panel.
SELF-SERVE COMMUNION CONTAINMENT, PRESENTATION AND SERVICE DEVICE
A self-serve, communion containment, presentation and service device for presenting individual servings of a host and cup of wine that are kept isolated and covered until such a time that they are presented for consumption. The device includes a first end, second end, front side, rear side, top side and bottom side. The device comprises a frame; a platform attached to the frame, the platform including a top surface and defining through slots to receive communion hosts and apertures to receive a wine cup; and hinged covers covering the slots and the apertures, each hinged cover configured to cover only one slot and one aperture when the hinged cover is in a closed position. Each individual serving of one host and one cup of wine is positioned under one of the caps and held stationary in a single respective slot and a single respective aperture, until removed by the communicant.
Apparatus and method for insulating a beverage can
For a beverage can having a lower portion, an upper portion and a greater diameter, a beverage insulation system for holding a beverage can includes a base with walls and a bottom that together form a base cup sized and configured to receive the lower portion of the beverage can; a lid with walls and a top that together form a lid cup sized and configured to receive the upper portion of the beverage can; a hinge assembly connecting the lid with the base to enable the lid to pivot between a closed position covering the upper portion of the beverage can received in the base cup and an open position uncovering the upper portion of the beverage can received in the base cup; and a generally cylindrical insert having an inner surface and being coaxially held within and by the lid cup to encircle the upper portion of the beverage can in the closed position.
Serving Pitcher with Integrated Cup Holder
A serving pitcher with an integrated cup holder. The present invention includes a pitcher having an interior volume that can hold multiple servings of beverages therein. The pitcher includes a concave cutout formed in a sidewall thereof, wherein the cutout extends from a lower side of the pitcher to an opposing upper side of the pitcher. A platform extending from the cutout at the lower side of the pitcher, wherein the platform includes a recess that can receive a cup therein. The platform is disposed within the concave cutout such that cups can be disposed on the platform in a vertically stacked configuration and supported in an upright configuration by the concave cutout.
Methods and systems for controlling and maintaining the temperature of a drink within a drinking vessel
Disclosed herein are systems for controlling and maintaining the temperature of a drink. The system may include a receptacle defining a recess for receiving a drinking vessel. The system may have a stand for holding the receptacle upright. The stand may be releasably attached to the receptacle. The receptacle may include a top end portion, a bottom end portion, an inner wall portion, and an outer wall portion. The top end portion may define a top opening of the recess. A system may include a first receptacle defining a first recess for receiving a drinking vessel. The system may include a second receptacle for receiving a drinking vessel, wherein the second receptacle defines a second recess. The system may include a first stand operable to releasably attach to the first receptacle and the second receptacle. Also disclosed are methods for controlling and maintaining the temperature of a drink.

Various embodiments of the present invention are directed to a wearable drinking device and a method of using the same. In embodiments, the wearable drinking device comprises at least one retaining member; a frame member; and two arms. The at least one retaining member is configured for being secured to the at least one retaining member. In embodiments, the wearable drinking device comprise at least one cap detachably secured to the at least one retaining member. In embodiments, a method of using the wearable drinking device comprise providing a wearable drinking device comprising at least one retaining member, at least one cap and a frame member; filling the at least one retaining member with a liquid; securing the at least one cap to the at least one retaining member; securing the at least one retaining member to the frame member; and positioning the frame member on a user's face.
Movable decorative base assembly selectively attachable to a parasol or umbrella
An improved movable decorative base assembly is provided that includes a receptacle having a bottom, at least one upstanding side wall forming a hollow interior and an open top. The base assembly includes a wheeled, base carriage on which the receptacle may be placed. The decorative base assembly further includes a pole receiver, which is carried by the base carriage and has a receiving hole for attaching a tube or other elongated body carrying a parasol canopy. The receiving hole of the pole receiver aligns with a through hole in the bottom of the receptacle, allowing the elongated body to extend through the receptacle and attach to the pole receiver, the assembly forming a unitary body which can be rolled on a floor or surface. The decorative base assembly allows safe, comfortable, and stable maneuvering, while alleviating physical strains otherwise felt by those utilizing alternative assemblies.
