Custom Bed Sheet, Pillow and Pillowcase Systems and Apparatuses
Custom bedding systems and apparatuses adapted to a bed having a box spring and a mattress, for securing desired sides of a bed to prevent a bed occupant from rolling off the side. Embodiments include a fitted bed sheet, inflatable bolster pillows and bolster pillow cases, with the fitted sheet having the soft (loop) side of hook and loop fastener straps affixed to the perimeter (sides and bottom), and the bolster pillow cases having the hard (hook) side of hook and loop fastener straps affixed along the entire length of the case, and when the hook and loop fastener straps are affixed together along any side or the entire perimeter, the bolster pillows serve as a soft yet sturdy barrier that prevents a bed occupant from rolling off the bed.
VENTILATION TREATMENT DEVICE AND VENTILATION-CONTROL METHOD
A ventilation treatment device and a ventilation-control method are provided. During use, when a headband contacts a headrest, a first valve assembly contacts a second valve assembly to open first air holes and second air holes, thereby communicating a first chamber with a second chamber, such that air from an air source into the first chamber enters the second chamber and further enters a respiratory chamber of a patient connecting apparatus for inhalation by a patient; and when the headband is separated from the headrest, the first valve assembly and the second value assembly are separated to close the first air holes and the second air holes, thereby preventing the air in the first chamber and the second chamber from flowing out through the first air holes and the second air holes, respectively.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR ADJUSTING USER POSITION USING MULTI-COMPARTMENT BLADDERS
A method includes receiving data associated with a sleep session of a user. The method also includes determining that the user is experiencing or has experienced an event based at least in part on the data. The method also includes causing pressurized air to be directed from a respiratory device to a multi-compartment bladder in response to determining that the user is experiencing or has experienced the event to aid in modifying a position of a head of the user.
LOW AIR LOSS MATTRESS WITH REMOVABLE INTEGRATED PRONING HEADREST
A proning headrest includes a horizontal board; cylindrical support posts distributed on the board; two removably juxtaposed support pads resting on the support posts; and a face pad positioned parallel to and between low-profile pillows. Recessed portions on the perimeter of the support pads form a face cutout between. Next to the recessed portion of each support pad, one surface has a low-profile pillow attached. The face pad has a convoluted air bladder and a hole aligned with the face cutout. The proning headrest keeps the patient's spine in a neutral position, keeps the endotracheal tube/tracheostomy aligned, and keeps the ventilatory circuit intact while staff rotate the patient into a prone position.
Audio Emitting Pillow Assembly
An audio emitting pillow assembly includes a pillow that can be positioned around a user's neck. The pillow has a pair of prominences extending upwardly from the pillow and each of the prominences is positioned adjacent to a respective one of the user's ears when the pillow is positioned around the user's neck. A communication unit is integrated into the pillow and the communication unit receives streaming audio from the personal electronic device. A pair of speakers is each integrated into a respective one of the prominences and each of the speakers is aligned with a respective one of the user's ears when the pillow is positioned around the user' neck. Each of the speakers is in communication with the communication unit to audibly emit the streaming audio from the personal electronic device thereby facilitating the user to enjoy the streaming audio.
VEHICLE SEAT
A motor vehicle seat having a backrest and a seat part, at least one flexible, fluid-fillable hollow body attached to the seat part or the backrest, and at least two chambers that are in fluid communication with one another. The chambers are arranged one on top of the other and have in their walls corresponding passages which enable a fluid exchange between the chambers. The chambers are firmly connected to one another in the region of the passages, wherein the volume of the lowermost chamber adjacent to the seat part or the backrest is the largest and the volume of each additional chamber is smaller compared with the volume of the chamber below it. The chambers are arranged one on top of the other such that the maximum lift of the fluid-fillable hollow body when it is being filled with fluid is outside the center of the lowermost chamber.

A towel mat comprising a fabric panel having a top, a bottom, a first end, a second end, a first side, and a second side, wherein the ends are shorter than the sides. A top pocket having a padded lining, the pocket coupled to the top of the fabric panel near the first end and extending to a predetermined shape when the pocket is filled. The pocket is inflatable and shaped to support a user in a position that is at least partially upright. The bottom of the panel comprises a waterproof barrier layer. The towel mat further comprising a weighted portion sewn to the panel. The panel has at least one corner, and wherein the weighted portion comprises a compartment in which a user may place a weighted material.
Method for operating snoring-preventing smart mattress system
The present invention relates to a method of operating a smart mattress system for preventing snoring which can stop snoring of a user, wherein an air mattress and an air pillow interlock with a user terminal so that a user can easily control the air mattress and the air pillow.
Cushion
A cushion includes a pillow portion, an elongate trunk portion and a scarf. The pillow portion has a front side and a rear side and defines a support surface on the front side which is useable for supporting the head of a user of the cushion. The trunk portion extends away from the pillow portion and has a terminal end which is distal to the pillow portion. The scarf is attached to the pillow portion and/or the trunk portion at a first end portion of the scarf and is engageable, in use, with the trunk portion at a portion of the scarf that is spaced from the first end portion.

An adjustable orthopedic pillow includes a plurality of sections separated by dividers. Each section includes a head support fill chamber, a comfort layer fill chamber, a primary cervical support fill chamber, and a secondary cervical support fill chamber. The primary cervical support fill chamber can be positioned between at least a portion of the head support fill chamber and at least a portion of the comfort layer fill chamber and can an opening at a superior portion of the primary cervical support fill chamber. The secondary cervical support fill chamber can be positioned between at least a portion of the head support fill chamber and at least a portion of primary cervical support fill chamber and can include an opening at an inferior portion of the secondary cervical support fill chamber.
