An arrangement to lift the ferromagnetic heating plate comprises a thermally sensitive actuator (11, 12, 14, 15, 16), wherein the ferromagnetic heating plate (5) is mechanically coupled to the thermally sensitive actuator. The thermally sensitive actuator comprises a means to store energy (11), a steam chamber (13) fluidly connected to the vessel, and a releasable latching mechanism (15) for the actuator which incorporates a thermally sensitive device (14) set to operate at a predetermined temperature when influenced by the proximity of steam entering the steam chamber (13) from boiling water in the vessel. The thermally sensitive actuator further comprises means to facilitate a manual intervention of the actuator's operation and permitting a user to set or reset the actuator's position.
ELECTRIC KETTLE
An electric kettle includes a power supply base, and a kettle main body to be removably mounted on the power supply base. The kettle main body has: a container having a bottomed cylindrical shape that contains a liquid; a nozzle provided in a lower part of a side surface of the container; and a valve mechanism that opens and closes a flow channel for the liquid from the container to the nozzle.
ELECTRIC KETTLE
Proposed is an electric kettle in which a main body is provided with a water level window. The electric kettle of the present disclosure includes the main body configured to receive water or food therein and provided with the water level window through which the level of water contained inside the main body is seen, a lid provided on an open upper side of the main body so as to cover the open upper side of the main body, and a base provided at a lower side of the main body so as to support the main body, wherein a flow path in which a fluid flows is formed in the water level window and has a bottom surface formed to be inclined. According to such a configuration, a fluid remaining inside the water level window decreases.
ROASTING AND GLAZING APPARATUS
A roasting and glazing apparatus includes a roaster, an agitator mounted within the roaster bowl for mixing a mixture of nuts and sugar during a roasting or glazing operation, a heater controlled to heat the roaster bowl during the roasting or glazing operation, and a cover removably mounted to the roaster bowl. The cover includes a reservoir for receiving water from a user and restricting water flow from the reservoir into the mixture of nuts and sugar in the roaster bowl. The cover and the roaster bowl together define a vent on a side of the cover opposite the reservoir. The vent is configured to direct steam out of the roaster bowl in a direction away from the reservoir.
Roasting and glazing method
A method of roasting nuts comprises placing water and a mixture of nuts and sugar in a roaster bowl, mixing the water and mixture, heating the roaster bowl during mixing to roast and sugar coat the nuts, covering the roaster bowl with a cover after roasting and sugar coating, adding water to a reservoir disposed within the cover wherein the reservoir includes at least one metering hole, flowing through the metering hole, from the reservoir to the roaster bowl, the water added to the reservoir, glazing the nuts during the flowing of water into the roaster bowl from the reservoir, and removing the cover from the roaster bowl after glazing the nuts. The measured flow of water through the reservoir results in well coated glazed nuts and prevents the formation of a large burst of steam, thus protecting the operator against being scalded during glazing of the roasted nuts, as well as providing other benefits.
ELECTRIC KETTLE
An electric kettle may include a body configured to form a space in which liquid, such as water may be contained, a handle that protrudes from an outer surface of the body, a heating module provided inside of the body to heat liquid inside of the body, an operation portion provided in the handle to operate so as to control an operation of the heating module, and a main printed circuit board (PCB) provided inside of the handle to control the operation of the heating module according to an operation of the operation portion. The body may have a double wall structure including two walls spaced apart from each other, and an electric wire that connects the main PCB and the heating module may be guided from the handle to the heating module through a space between the two walls.
ELECTRIC KETTLE
An electric kettle may include a body made of a metal material, having a vertically open cylindrical shape, and including an outer body forming an outer appearance and an inner body disposed inside of the outer body, an upper body mounted on an upper end of the body and extending upward along the upper end of the body, a lid coupled to the upper body to open and close an open upper surface of the body, a spout that protrudes from a first side of the upper body to pour fluid, such as water, a handle connected to a second side of the upper body facing the spout, a heating module provided inside of the body to heat fluid contained in the inner body, and a base on which a lower surface of the body may be seated and that supplies power to the heating module in a state in which the body is seated. The upper body may include a body top made of a same material as a material of the body and extending upward along the upper end of the body, and a seating member configured to connect an inner surface of the body top and an inner surface of the inner body such that the upper body and the body are connected inside.
ROASTING AND GLAZING APPARATUS
A roasting and glazing apparatus includes a housing having a top peripheral surface with an opening defined by an interior edge, a roaster bowl movable from within the housing, through the opening, to an elevated position above the housing, and a pour tray configured to detachably couple to the interior edge, and to receive and guide a fluid exiting the roaster bowl when the roaster bowl is in the elevated position.
