A cooking vessel has a cooking chamber and a plurality of ingredient storage containers arranged to selectively dispense ingredients into the cooking chamber. Each storage container has a closure member selectively movable between an open position, in which the container is open to the cooking chamber, and a closed position in which the container is sealed from the cooking chamber. Each storage container has a rigid outer wall and a flexible inner liner. A device is provided for feeding a fluid to a position between the outer wall and the liner when the closure member is in its open position to eject the liner from the container and cause any ingredients located therein to pass from the storage container to the cooking chamber.

A portable baking oven having an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber are disclosed. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. The upper portion may pivot away from the lower portion to allow access to the interior of the oven for cleaning. The oven may include a gas-powered infrared bottom burner and a gas-powered curved back burner.

A portable baking oven having an upper portion and a lower portion that define a baking chamber are disclosed. A baking chamber opening may be defined entirely by the oven upper portion. A lid system for use with a container having an opening bounded by a rim, with at least one outwardly extending projection extending from the rim, includes a lid and a lid cover member. The lid is sized to seat on the rim of the container and includes an upper surface, at least one section with perforations extending therethrough, and a centrally disposed lid handle. The lid cover member is sized to seat adjacent the upper surface of the lid around the lid handle. The lid cover member is rotatable about the lid handle to substantially close or expose the at least one section with perforations. The lid cover member includes at least one bracket for mating with the at least one outwardly extending projection on the rim of the container to retain the lid on the container during a draining process of the container.

A lid system for use with a container having an opening bounded by a rim, with at least one outwardly extending projection extending from the rim, includes a lid and a lid cover member. The lid is sized to seat on the rim of the container and includes an upper surface, at least one section with perforations extending therethrough, and a centrally disposed lid handle. The lid cover member is sized to seat adjacent the upper surface of the lid around the lid handle. The lid cover member is rotatable about the lid handle to substantially close or expose the at least one section with perforations. The lid cover member includes at least one bracket for mating with the at least one outwardly extending projection on the rim of the container to retain the lid on the container during a draining process of the container.

A cooking appliance includes a pot lid having a cross section with a long axis and a short axis orthogonal to each other, a pot body including a limiting boss provided at an upper surface of the pot body and configured to abut against an outer peripheral edge of the pot lid when the pot lid is closed, and a pot lid locking assembly configured to lock the pot lid in a closed state. The pot lid locking assembly includes at least one of a lid locking part disposed at the pot lid or a pot locking part disposed at the pot body.

An assembly for preparing and/or cooking food for a kitchen appliance, includes at least in a first configuration: a bowl for preparing and/or cooking food including a first cooking and/or preparation inner volume, the bowl further having at least one handle extending outside of the first inner volume, a cooking basket shaped so as to be positioned inside the first cooking inner volume, the cooking basket having a second cooking inner volume, the basket having at least one gripping member, a cap shaped so as to close the first volume. The assembly has a housing configured to house at least partially the gripping member of the basket, the housing being arranged outside the first inner volume and outside the second inner volume.

An assembly for preparing and/or cooking food for a kitchen appliance, includes at least in a first configuration: a bowl for preparing and/or cooking food including a first cooking and/or preparation inner volume, the bowl further having at least one handle extending outside of the first inner volume, a cooking basket shaped so as to be positioned inside the first cooking inner volume, the cooking basket having a second cooking inner volume, the basket having at least one gripping member, a cap shaped so as to close the first volume. The assembly has a housing configured to house at least partially the gripping member of the basket, the housing being arranged outside the first inner volume and outside the second inner volume.

The upper lid portion covers the lower lid portion from above, and comprises a main lid body and a removable cover, the main lid body comprising an opening portion formed at a central portion of the main lid body for exposing the lower lid portion, the removable cover being removably attachable to the opening portion and operable to expose a portion of the lower lid portion for accelerated cooling of the cooking chamber and speeding up wait time for opening the lid. Further, cooling towel or cooling pack can be placed at the opening portion to help with cooling and allow food to be enjoyed sooner.
