MODULAR, COLLAPSIBLE FOOD PREPARATION ASSEMBLY
A culinary assembly configured for a variety of outdoor food preparation including at least frying, barbecuing, cooking, baking without leaving a mess. The base has attached wings configured to rotate upward from an open position in which the wings extend from the base outward to an enclosure position in which the wings form a lower portion of a housing. The base includes a burner with apertures for burning gas, and supports food directly on the burner for grilling and supports a pan for frying and supports a cauldron on the burner for cooking when the wings are in the enclosure position. A central portion of the housing is removably attachable to the lower portion and is made of separable modular parts. The central portion increase a height of the housing and intensifies the heat of the utensil. An upper portion forming a cover is removable attachable to the central portion.
PORTABLE OVEN
Foldable portable ovens are disclosed, wherein the portable oven can be moved between a folded state and an unfolded state. The portable oven may include an upper and a lower point of attachment for a gas burner to facilitate movement between the folded and unfolded states. In some embodiments, the portable oven may include a top portion, a base plate, left and right side panels, and a back panel, wherein the portable oven is movable from the unfolded state to the folded state via detachment of the base plate from the back panel and the left and right side panels, and rotation of the back panel and the left and right side panels towards the top portion.

The disclosure provides a food cooking device which comprises a grill body and a rack body, where a food cooking cavity is disposed in the grill body, and the rack body is disposed in the food cooking cavity and located below food being cooked, the rack body comprises at least one net rack, the net rack comprises a plurality of bar-shaped pieces disposed spaced from each other, two adjacent bar-shaped pieces are connected by a connecting piece, one side of each of the bar-shaped pieces facing the food being cooked is formed with an oil guiding groove extending along a length direction thereof, the net rack is obliquely mounted in the food cooking cavity so that the oil guiding groove on each of the bar-shaped pieces is in an inclined state, and two ends of the oil guiding groove form a height difference.
Kiln
A kiln includes a stage, a stove, a gas supply assembly, and a combustion device wherein, the stage includes a stage body and a carrier member. The stage body has a first chamber, while the carrier member is detachably disposed at the stage body. The stove is joined to the stage body and has an entry and a second chamber. The gas supply assembly is disposed at the stage body, and part of the gas supply assembly is located in the first chamber. The combustion device is located in the second chamber. The carrier member can be detached from the stage body and be moved out of the stove from the entry so that the first chamber communicates with the second chamber. In this way, the working space inside the kiln can be increased, which is convenient for users to repair and maintain the gas supply assembly or the combustion device.
GRILL WITH MULTI-FUNCTIONAL THERMAL INSULATION NET
The disclosure provides a grill with a multi-functional thermal insulation net, which comprises a grill body, burners provided in the grill body, and a barbecue provided on a top portion of the grill body, a gas regulating valve connected to the burners is provided on the grill body, where a support is provided on both top sides of the grill body, a thermal insulation net body is provided between the two supports, a plurality of hanging groove structures for hanging food are provided on one side of the thermal insulation net body, and a plurality of hole and groove structures for inserting food are formed on the thermal insulation net body.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATING STARTUP PROCESSES OF GAS GRILLS
Example methods and apparatus for automating startup processes of gas grills are disclosed. An example grill includes a first burner, a second burner, a first burner valve operatively positioned between the first burner and a manifold of the grill, a second burner valve operatively positioned between the second burner and the manifold, a first ignitor operatively positioned relative to the first burner, and a second ignitor operatively positioned relative to the second burner. The example grill further includes a controller operatively coupled to the first burner valve, the second burner valve, the first ignitor, and the second ignitor. In response to determining that a user-based startup request has been received at the grill, the controller is to instruct the first burner valve and the second burner valve to open, and instruct the first ignitor and the second ignitor to ignite corresponding ones of the first burner and the second burner.
METHODS AND APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATING SHUTDOWN PROCESSES OF GAS GRILLS
Example methods and apparatus for automating shutdown processes of gas grills are disclosed. An example grill includes a first burner, a second burner, a first burner valve operatively positioned between the first burner and a manifold of the grill, and a second burner valve operatively positioned between the second burner and the manifold. The example grill further includes a controller operatively coupled to the first burner valve and the second burner valve. In response to determining that a shutdown request has been received at the grill, the controller is to instruct the first burner valve and the second burner valve to close.
MODULAR COOKING APPLIANCE
A modular cooking appliance for cooking a variety of foods has interchangeable tops and a base to receive the tops. The base has a burner that is fed from a fuel supply and controlled by a valve. The interchangeable tops mate to an open top. One of the interchangeable tops is a grill grate that fits in the open top. Another interchangeable top is a griddle with a flat cooking surface. The griddle mates to the open top and is kept spaced from the base to allow exhaust gases to escape. Another interchangeable top is a pizza oven with a stone portion and a dome portion. The stone portion directs exhaust gases from the burner into the dome portion.
MULTI-FUNCTIONAL OPEN-FLAME OVEN
Disclosed is a multi-functional open-flame oven apparatus comprising an oven housing surrounding an oven chamber for containing foodstuffs, the oven chamber comprising an oven floor, a loading opening for loading foodstuffs into the oven chamber; and an aspiration inlet for permitting air flow into the oven chamber from the ambient environment and an adjustable aspiration outlet for airflow out of the oven chamber. The oven further comprises an open-flame heating apparatus for heating the oven chamber, a steam-generating apparatus for generating steam for the oven chamber, a smoker apparatus for generating smoke for the oven chamber; and a loading door for closing the loading opening. Also disclosed is an open-flame oven apparatus comprising a solid-fuel support apparatus for supporting a solid fuel to be burned.
Method and apparatus for cooking a skewered food item
A turkey cooking apparatus provides a pot and a specially configured insert (e.g., basket) that rests upon the pot bottom. A lower funnel shaped section and upper tube shaped section are provided inside the pot. The insert (e.g., basket) sits upon funnel shaped portion. The insert has a central opening that is receptive of the tubed portion. Both the insert and the tube section can have openings that enable steam to travel upwardly to cook the turkey carcass.
