The motorized charcoal grill is a commercial grade transportable charcoal grill that is suitable for cooking large quantities of food. The motorized charcoal grill dedicates specific areas for automatic rotisseries, roasting racks, a side grill for quickly cooking small quantities and one or more ovens. The motorized charcoal grill is mounted on heavy duty casters so it can be moved easily. The motorized charcoal grill comprises a master pit, a side pit, a one or more ovens, a frame and a drive.

A control system for use with an outdoor cooking apparatus may include a hub and an axle housing adapted to slidably couple with a hub. The control system may also include a motor mounted at or near the upper end of the axle housing and an axle mechanically coupled to the motor and extending through the axle housing to a free end emerging from the lower end of the axle housing. The control system may also include a support coupling attached to the free end of the axle, the support coupling being adapted to support a food support below the axle housing. The axle housing may be selectively arranged and secured relative to the sleeve to position the height of the support coupling relative to the lower end of the axle housing and the axle may rotate about its longitudinal axis when the motor is turned on.

A rotisserie cooking system and a skewer rotation system for a rotisserie cooking system having a plurality of independent motors that are capable of independent rotation of a plurality removable skewers. The system having a main body of sidewalls, top, bottom, door, and a heating element. The system is also capable of battery operation and variable adjustability for the motors of the system. The rotisserie cooking system also defining an interior cooking chamber and a mechanical components chamber wherein all components can operate under high-heat conditions. In some embodiments, a warming compartment exists in the top wall of the rotisserie cooking system.

The disclosure provides for a device for selectively agitating briquettes on a grill supporting plate. The device includes a variable frequency vibrational device, a power source, and a control circuit that controls the vibrational device at selected frequencies to create various Chladni patterns in the plate and, therefore, heating patterns over the surface of a briquette-supporting pan. The plate supports one or more pieces of charcoal and the device is integrated into the pan. When turned on, the vibrational device vibrates at a selected frequency. This vibration is translated to the briquette-supporting plate and causes different charcoal briquettes to selectively vibrate. The device is capable of selectively activating or pixilating briquettes to generate higher temperatures over different surface areas of the plate when the grill is cooking one or more pieces of food requiring different degrees of grilling or cooking.

An outdoor charcoal grill may include a temperature sensor and a temperature adjustment device that is adjustable to control the heat applied to the food placed on a grate. A microprocessor may be programmable to set a food heating characteristic. The microprocessor may receive the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor and automatically adjust the temperature adjustment device to control the heat applied to the food.

The invention provides an automated displacement and turnover system and a device thereof. The device comprises a base, a stroke control mechanism disposed on the base, a fixture mounting seat, and a processing fixture assembled on the fixture mounting seat; the stroke control mechanism is in driving connection with the fixture mounting seat, so that the processing fixture is driven by the stroke control mechanism to perform cyclic actions of fixed-point processing at a processing position, linear displacement to a turnover position, fixed-point turning at the turnover position, and linear displacement to the processing position until a processing procedure is completed and an object of automated turnover and processing is realized. The present invention relates to a rotary roaster and, more specifically, to a rotary roster comprising: a roasting plate on which food ingredients are placed and roasted; a base member which supports the roasting plate; a rotating means which is installed in the base member to rotate the roasting plate; and a resistance mount, which is placed to be spaced apart from the upper surface of the roasting plate by a predetermined distance while being supported by the edge portion of the base member, and which, when the roasting plate is rotated, contacts and turns over the food ingredients placed on the roasting plate.

A bracket for stabilizing and centralizing an auger motor of a pellet grill/smoker system, comprising a vertical member orthogonally affixed to a horizontal member such that the vertical member and the horizontal member form an L-shaped configuration. The vertical member includes a central hole which allows for an auger shaft of the auger motor to pass through the vertical member and a plurality of fastener holes for securing the vertical member to the auger motor and the horizontal member includes one or more fastener holes for securing the horizontal member to a mounting plate of a hopper assembly.

A barbecue grill that includes a table defining a chamber to receive combustible fuel and a grill basket having a grill platform arranged facing the chamber and adapted to be moved vertically between a lowest position and a highest position and multiple positions therebetween. The grill includes an electric motor operatively connected to the grill platform to move the grill basket between its lowest and highest positions, and a plurality of temperature sensors adapted to monitor a temperature of the grill platform. A controller is arranged in communication with the plurality of temperature sensors and the electric motor and is configured to raise and lower the grill basket to maintain the grill platform at a desired temperature.
