FIRE PIT
A fire pit includes a top plate, upright poles, side plates, and limiting members. The top plate has a central through hole and connecting parts on its lower surface. An upper end face of each upright pole is rotably connected to a corresponding one of the connecting parts in a snap-on manner. Each upright pole has mounting grooves its sides. The mounting grooves extend downwardly along an axial direction of the upright pole and pass a lower end face of the upright pole. Two ends of each side plate are insertedly connected to the mounting grooves of corresponding two of the upright poles from lower ends of the corresponding upright poles. The limiting members are movably connected to lower end portions of the sides of the respective upright poles for limiting and preventing the side plates from falling out of the mounting grooves of the upright poles.
COOKING PLATE FOR FIRE PIT
A cooking plate is mountable to and removable from a fire pit. The cooking plate includes support tabs that position the cooking plate above the upper rim of the fire pit to provide even heating to the cooking plate while securing it in place with respect to the fire pit. The cooking plate can be placed on the fire pit after the fire has been started and removed while the fire is burning. The cooking plate has support tabs that each has an angled surface to allow the cooking plate to be leveled with respect to the fire pit. The cooking plate is ring-shaped and provides a central opening for the flame of the fire pit. The cooking plate defines an indentation that accommodates an accessory post of the fire pit.
A BARBECUE ARRANGEMENT
A barbecue arrangement comprising a barbecue body having a cooking volume, one or more burners positioned to provide heat to the cooking volume; a gas source adapted to supply a gas to the one or more burners, and one or more control means to control the flow of gas from the gas source to the one or more burners producing a flame when the gas is ignited; a flame detection assembly, the flame detection assembly adapted to sense the flame from the one or more burners and a control means adapted to shut off the gas flow to the one or more burners if the flame is not detected within a pre-determined period of time.
PORTABLE DIRECT-FIRED COOKER
Disclosed herein is a portable direct-fired cooker including a lower case supporting a roasting plate mounted at an upper portion thereof and an upper case spaced apart from the lower case and including a heater module emitting a flame ignited upon receiving gas toward the lower case, wherein the upper case includes a plurality of heat dissipation grooves penetrating through the upper case, by which a burner structure of a top-down portable direct-fired cooker is protected from convection heat.
PORTABLE DIRECT-FIRED COOKER
Disclosed herein is a portable direct-fired cooker including a lower case supporting a roasting plate mounted at an upper portion thereof; an upper case spaced apart from the lower case and including a heater module emitting a flame ignited upon receiving gas toward the lower case; a lifting frame coupled to a lower surface of the roasting plate to support the roasting plate; and a lift unit lifting and lowering the lifting frame, wherein the portable direct-fired cooker further includes: a spring mounted on a bottom surface inside the lower case and elastically supporting the lifting frame. According to the present disclosure, it is possible to smoothly lift and lower a top-down portable direct-fired cooker and to stably maintain a state after the lifting and lowering operations.
GRILL WITH ADJUSTABLE VENTING
Examples are disclosed that relate to grills and methods of adjusting airflow through a fuel bowl of a grill. In one example, a grill includes a cooking grate and a fuel bowl configured to removably support the cooking grate. The fuel bowl includes an ash grate at a bottom surface. A base supports the bottom surface of the fuel bowl. The base comprises a first base side wall that defines a first base venting aperture, and a second base side wall opposite to the first base side wall that defines a second base venting aperture. A venting drawer is slidably received within the base, with the venting drawer comprising a first drawer side wall that defines a first drawer venting aperture, and a second drawer side wall opposite to the first drawer side wall and defining a second drawer venting aperture.
Portable grilling apparatus
A portable grilling apparatus includes a support base having a ring defining an opening and legs each having a first end depending from said ring and a second free end. The legs are angled outwardly from the ring such that said second ends define an open space. The apparatus includes a grill body having a bottom wall and a continuous sidewall extending upwardly therefrom and defining an interior area and an open top. In a grilling configuration, the bottom wall of the grill body is nested in the opening of the ring of the support base whereas in a storage configuration, the support base is inverted and the bottom wall of the grill body is nested in the interior space defined by the legs. The grilling apparatus includes a seating device enabling a user to be seated at the use configuration and for receiving/transporting the apparatus at the storage configuration.
MODULAR, COLLAPSIBLE FOOD PREPARATION ASSEMBLY
A culinary assembly configured for a variety of outdoor food preparation including at least frying, barbecuing, cooking, baking without leaving a mess. The base has attached wings configured to rotate upward from an open position in which the wings extend from the base outward to an enclosure position in which the wings form a lower portion of a housing. The base includes a burner with apertures for burning gas, and supports food directly on the burner for grilling and supports a pan for frying and supports a cauldron on the burner for cooking when the wings are in the enclosure position. A central portion of the housing is removably attachable to the lower portion and is made of separable modular parts. The central portion increase a height of the housing and intensifies the heat of the utensil. An upper portion forming a cover is removable attachable to the central portion.
PORTABLE OVEN CONFIGURED FOR MULTIPLE DIFFERENT FUEL TYPES
A heating device having a burn chamber that includes at least one opening, a conduction chamber adjacent to the burn chamber and including at least one aperture, a heat manifold including a first port and a second port, and at least one source vent extending between and coupling the first port of the heat manifold to the at least one opening of the burn chamber, and at least one exhaust vent, protruding from a surface of the heat manifold and extending between and coupling the second port of the heat manifold to the at least one aperture of the conduction chamber.
OVEN COOKING SYSTEM, ACCESSORY DEVICE, AND METHOD THEREOF
An oven member that may be positioned over a cooking station base with gas flame burners. The oven member includes an inner shell, an outer shell, and lower and upper stones. The inner shell includes a ridge and a ledge and positioned over the cooking station base. The lower stone is configured to be positioned adjacent the ridge of the inner shell and the upper stone is configured to be positioned adjacent the ledge of the inner shell so that the lower stone is positioned parallel relative to the upper stone to at least partially define a baking chamber between the lower and upper stones. The outer shell is sized to be positioned over the inner shell with a gap defined between the inner and outer shells, the outer shell including an oven door positionable over an access opening defined in the outer shell. The access opening is sized and configured to facilitate accessing food product in the baking chamber such that the access opening is accessed along a front side of the oven member. Further, the inner shell defines one or more exhaust ports positioned at a level below the upper stone to funnel heat directly from the baking chamber.
