An electronic fry pan incorporates a pan base and a pan received concentrically in the pan base. A foil heater assembly is mounted to the bottom of the pan and a heater control PCB carried in the pan base is connected to the foil heater. A battery assembly has a cylindrical shell carrying a battery pack. A power controller carried in the second outer shell is connected to the battery pack. A connector carriage is engaged between the battery assembly and cylindrical shell, extending through the shell of the battery assembly and received in the pan base aligned proximate a bottom surface of the pan base whereby the bottom surfaces of the pan base and the cylindrical shell are in planar alignment. A first contact set of a connector is connected to the heater control PCB. A sec and contact is connected to the power controller.

An electric cooking appliance comprises a base frame having a front and rear and left and right sides connecting the front and rear. A generally planar, electrically heated cooking surface is supported by the base frame and has a front and rear edge and a pair of sides connecting the front and rear edges. A splash guard is removably or secured to and extends upwardly from the rear edge and a portion of each of the sides of the cooking surface. A recess or groove is formed in the cooking surface to collect excess cooking oil; and an oil reservoir is carried by the base frame and in fluid communication with the recess in the cooking surface to collect cooking oil from the recess.

An automatic material pouring device of food flying machines is disclosed, comprising a machine body, a food flying pot, a material adding device and a master controller, in which the food flying pot and the material adding device are individually mounted on the machine body, and the material adding device includes a base and a movable seat which is used to place at least one material placement box, and the base is also further configured with a feeding cylinder and an attracting device, and the feeding cylinder and the attracting device are assembled together, and in which the master controller is used to control the feeding cylinder and the attracting device so as to control the feeding cylinder to roll and turn when the attracting device is attracted and attached to the material placement box thereby pouring the material accommodated inside the material placement box into the food flying pot.

An automatic edible fluid injection device of food flying machines is disclosed, comprising a machine body which is mounted with a food flying pot and an edible fluid adding device, wherein the edible fluid adding device includes a material feeding arm and a material feeding cylinder connected to the material feeding arm, and the material feeding arm is fixedly installed with a tilted material discharge fixing device and configured with a plurality of peristaltic pumps, as well as the same amount of material containers and material tube as the peristaltic pumps, and an end of each of the material tubes extends into each of the material containers and then passes around the peristaltic pump so as to detour to the material discharge fixing device to be fixed therein, and the master controller controls the material feeding cylinder and each of the peristaltic pumps such that, after activation.

Popcorn machines having easily removable popping kettle assemblies are described herein. In some embodiments, a popcorn machine configured accordance with the present technology includes a cabinet and a pair of kettle supports mounted within the cabinet. A kettle assembly is configured to be positioned on the kettle supports and to pop popcorn placed in a kettle of the kettle assembly when the kettle assembly is in a popping position, and to discharge the popcorn when the kettle assembly is moved from the popping position to a dumping position. The kettle assembly can be lifted off the kettle supports in the popping position to facilitate removal of the kettle assembly from the cabinet for maintenance, cleaning, repair, replacement, etc. In some embodiments, the kettle assembly can be stopped in the dumping position.

Proposed is a cooking apparatus. The cooking apparatus of the present disclosure may include: an inner portion in which a food is contained and heated; an outer portion installed in a shape that surrounds an outside of the inner portion; a heating portion configured to heat the inner portion by using electrical energy; a housing portion installed in a shape that surrounds both the heating portion and the outer portion; a first driving portion positioned between the outer portion and the housing portion, and configured to rotate the inner portion in a first direction; a second driving portion positioned outside the housing portion and configured to rotate the housing portion in a second direction; and a container support stand in which the food contained in the inner portion is discharged and contained when the cooking of the food is completed.
