The unit has a module receptacle, by which the container module can be connected during use and removed after use, and the container module has settings for a portion amount and a degree of grinding, which can be selected by the user. The portion amount setting influences the portioner and the degree of grinding setting influences the grinder. A simple, cost-effective and easy-to-use information exchange module between coffee container and coffee apparatus is thereby created.

A coffee grinder-loser apparatus has a removable grinding chamber that is extractable with a fast release. Grinding adjustment is independent of access to the grinding chamber. An interface flange is interposed between an adjusting ring nut and a fixed chamber of the grinding chamber. The flange makes an indirect coupling of the ring nut and of an extractable group of components to the fixed structure. A locking system includes levers with a cam tooth mounted externally on the interface flange. The cam tooth hooks a head of tie-rod assemblies with an elastic spring so as to place them in traction and joined to the fixed structure of the grinding chamber.

A coffee grinder-loser apparatus has a removable grinding chamber that is extractable with a fast release. Grinding adjustment is independent of access to the grinding chamber. A coffee grinder device includes a tank of coffee beans, at least one grinding member adapted to grind a quantity of coffee beans to obtain a coffee powder, a grain size adjustment device adapted to adjust at least one operating parameter of the grinding member to vary the grain size of the coffee powder, and a dispensing opening adapted to deliver the coffee powder towards a container adapted to receive the coffee powder.
The coffee grinder device also includes in correspondence with or downstream of the dispensing opening, an optical grain size sensor adapted to intercept the coffee powder exiting the dispensing opening and to generate at least a signal indicative of the grain size of the coffee powder. The grain size of the coffee powder is selectable by the grain size adjustment device on the basis of the signal indicative of the grain size of the coffee powder.

DEVICE FOR GRINDING COFFEE BEANS
A device for grinding coffee beans includes a body provided with a vertical hopper for the entry of the coffee beans and a separate vertical outlet for the ground coffee, which are mutually connected by way of a horizontal seat within which a shaft is associated axially and rotatably. A first grinder is keyed to the shaft and interacts with a facing second grinder. These grinders cooperate with elements adapted to allow a first, micro-adjustment and a second, macro-adjustment of the grinding as a function of the type of coffee beans selected.
