Grinder
An improved three-piece herb grinder that provides for a top portion, a base portion and a mid-portion that sits therebetween. The top portion includes an enclosed lid with a bottom portion with a cavity formed therein containing a plurality of teeth extending downwardly therefrom. The top portion has two or more magnets placed around the perimeter of the bottom portion. The mid-portion attaches to the top portion through two more corresponding magnets on the top of the mid-portion which includes an abutting flange that extends upward therefrom which includes a perimeter that fits into the cavity of the top portion, said abutting flange defining a circular area with a plurality of teeth extending upward therefrom surrounded by a plurality of holes. The abutting flange has a perimeter that includes a groove therearound for the placement therein of a sealing gasket/o-ring. The underside of the mid-portion includes those apertures that allow access to the base portion which has its own cavity surrounded by an abutting flange with a perimeter having a groove for a sealing gasket/o-ring. The base portion includes two or more magnets around the abutting flange to allow for an air tight seal. An optional basket can seat inside of the cavity of the base, said basket including a base that is mesh and optionally being separated into two or more sections.
Grinding apparatus
The present disclosure describes a grinding apparatus preferably comprised of upper, central and lower bodies that are magnetically connected to one another. The central body is further comprised of cutting edges positioned on a center portion to cut and evacuate herbs. The upper body is comprised of outer grinding teeth that can cut and grind herbs trapped proximate an outer rim of the central body. Inner grinding teeth positioned on the upper body and having curved inner faces abut against a correspondingly cylindrical member of the central body to limit the radial play between the upper and central bodies during operation. A teeth or gear system is also disclosed to provide torque transfer and facilitate the connection between the central and lower bodies.

Herb Grinding Device
An herb grinding device for no jamming grinding of herb and other plant material is presented. The herb grinding device, provides for a battery-operated grinder for marijuana and similar herb products. The invention takes a form of an overall cylindrical enclosure that is approximately forty-eight millimeters (48 mm.) high and sixty-three millimeters (63 mm.) high. The overall cylindrical enclosure comprises a battery/motor compartment at the lower portion of the device, a grinding compartment in the middle of the device and a cover at the top of the device. Further description of the battery/motor compartment, the grinding compartment, and the cover will be provided herein below. It is envisioned that the overall cylindrical enclosure would be made of stainless steel for durability, easy of cleaning and sanitization, and durability.
HERB GRINDER
The present invention relates to a herb grinder. More particularly it is a compact-pocket size 3 piece or 4 piece grinder chassis including herb grinding compartment, spinning herb chamber floor compartment, nectar/crystal storage area and a rectangular side storage tray which is magnetically inserted into grinder chassis. The herb grinding compartment floor includes static cutting teeth, machined hole opening and central axle socket which runs perpendicular vertically down the center. This grinder further includes a lid and a hand crank embedded in it which when moved, moves all the connected components. The first compartment pulverizes the herbs into small chunks inside the herb grinding compartment, which then flows downward through the hole opening leading the herb to enter spinning chamber floor which then directs the herbs to longitudinal side storage tray.
