A GRINDING APPLIANCE
The present disclosure discloses an appliance, suitable for home use, for grinding oil-containing hard produce, in particular oil-containing seeds, to therefore extract an oily substance product. For example, the appliance may grind sesame to obtain Tahini, or peanuts/almonds to obtain butter therefrom. The present disclosure further discloses a capsule to be received in a grinding appliance such as disclosed herein. The appliance incudes two grinding members, configured to grind the hard produce. Each grinding member has a grooved face that is patterned to be configured for grinding. The hard produce is grinded in the interface defined between the two grooved faces, defining a grinding zone. The grinding members typically have a shape of a circle and are aligned one with the other along a common axis. At least one of the grinding members is configured to rotate about the axis to perform the motion carrying out the grinding in the interface between the members. The hard produce is introduced into the grinding zone via one or more openings in at least one of the grinding members. The openings lead directly into the grinding zone, namely the hard produce that is fed through the openings reaches to a part of one of the grooved faces to initiate the grinding process. The grinding zone is constituted by two grinding portions, an inner grinding portion and a peripheral grinding portion, defining inner grinding zone and peripheral grinding zone, respectively. A peripheral collection zone is disposed peripheral to the peripheral grinding zone and is configured to collect the grinded oily substance product that radially flows from the peripheral grinding portions. The oily substance in the collection zone flows towards a substance collector, through which the oily substance flows for being collected.
GRINDING CORE STRUCTURE FOR BEAN GRINDER
The present invention discloses a grinding core structure for bean grinder, which belongs to the technical field of grinding devices, comprising a frustum-shaped grinding core body. A plurality of grinding teeth are evenly distributed on the periphery of the grinding core body in the longitudinal direction. At least one first convex edge is laterally arranged at the outer side of the upper section of the grinding teeth, and at least one second convex edge is longitudinally arranged at the outer side of the lower section of the grinding teeth. The present invention provides an embodiment of a grinding core structure, in which the first convex edges of the grinding core can quickly crush beans at the beginning of grinding for subsequently grinding them into finer particles, and the second convex edges further grind crushed beans to improve grinding efficiency and uniformity of fine powder.

SPICE MILL PART AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING A SPICE MILL PART
A spice mill part, more particularly a spice mill lower part, for a spice mill, having a housing, which consists at least in part of a plastic material and which can be rotatably connected to a further spice mill part, more particularly a spice mill upper part. A receiving element is provided on the housing, in which receiving element there is arranged a milling element being particularly a milling ring, made from a ceramic material, with the milling element being clamped in the receiving element in a frictionally engaged manner by a compressive force directed substantially radially inwardly and acting on a self-contained outer bearing face of the milling element, the compressive force acting substantially along the entire circumference on the external bearing face of the milling element.

Grinder-dosers
A grinder-doser may include: grinding members configured to receive and grind coffee beans and configured to deliver ground coffee into a dispensing conduit; a compacting member including a dispensing opening aligned with the dispensing conduit; a slide guide; and a sliding block configured to slide along the slide guide for selectively superimposing a first or second opening to the dispensing opening, allowing the ground coffee to move from the dispensing conduit to the dispensing opening via the first or second opening. The first opening may be reversibly closed by a closure element. The closure element may include a flexible sheet. The closure element may be configured to allow the ground coffee to move from the dispensing conduit to the dispensing opening as a thrust limit value exerted by the ground coffee on the closure element is exceeded. Thrust exerted by the ground coffee may cause the closure element to bend.
Coffee grinder-doser apparatus with fast release removable grinding chamber
A coffee grinder-loser apparatus has a removable grinding chamber that is extractable with a fast release. Grinding adjustment is independent of access to the grinding chamber. An interface flange is interposed between an adjusting ring nut and a fixed chamber of the grinding chamber. The flange makes an indirect coupling of the ring nut and of an extractable group of components to the fixed structure. A locking system includes levers with a cam tooth mounted externally on the interface flange. The cam tooth hooks a head of tie-rod assemblies with an elastic spring so as to place them in traction and joined to the fixed structure of the grinding chamber.
