Food Preparation Utensil
The present invention relates to a kitchen utensil in the form of a pronged spoon. The utensil has a handle attached to a head. The head is generally circular in shape and has a pronged tipped end. The pronged end has a plurality of tines, including a central tine, inner tines, middle tines and outer tines. A plurality of holes is disposed on the surface of the head for draining or straining excess water or liquid from the food item placed on the head. The handle can be telescopic and has an ergonomic grip for comfortable handling of the utensil.

A scoop and level for scooping a portion of granulated material and leveling the contents of the scoop. The scoop may have a volume suitable for brewing a single serving of brewed beverage, and in particular, for brewing a single serving of espresso. The kitchen knife and the toothed knife are assembled to form scissors. The fork and the turning shovel are assembled to form a water filter food clip. The spoon and the fork are assembled to form a water receiving food clip. With the above structure, the cooking utensil implements the functions of the knife, the fork, the turning shovel, the toothed knife, the scissors, and the food clips, and may be applied to restaurants, barbecue restaurants, hotels, and home kitchens, and achieves an integrated use of a plurality of tools.
Cooking utensil with seasoning grinder integrated into the handle
A cooking article includes a cooking utensil and a handle that is removably connected to the cooking utensil. The handle includes a plurality of hollow seasoning compartment sections, each section configured to store grindable seasonings. The handle includes a selector switch configured to select one of the plurality of seasoning compartment sections for grinding and dispensing seasonings. The handle includes a plurality of sliding members. Each sliding member is associated with a corresponding seasoning compartment section and includes one or more grinding teeth configured to grind the grindable seasonings of the associated seasoning compartment section. The handle includes a lever configured to be pressed and released. When the lever is pressed and released, the lever moves the sliding member associated with the selected seasoning compartment section back and forth, causing the sliding member's grinding teeth to grind the grindable seasonings in the selected seasoning compartment section.

Utensil
A utensil comprises a main body having a handle and a receptacle. A resilient arm has a curved flexible portion and is operatively connected to the main body to be movable between a rest configuration and an extended configuration whereat the curved portion is less curved than in the extended configuration. A remover is operatively connected to the resilient arm in substance disengaging relation with respect to the receptacle. A trigger operatively mounted on the main body for movement between a rest position corresponding to the rest configuration of the resilient arm and an actuating position corresponding to the extended configuration of the resilient arm. In use, movement of the trigger from the rest position to the actuating position causes extension of the resilient arm from the rest configuration to the extended configuration to thereby moving the remover in substance disengaging relation with respect to the receptacle.
Extendable roasting apparatus
