Disposable Fluid Separator
The present disclosure relates to a bag for separating fluids with differing densities. In particular the disclosure relates to a kitchen utensil that can use to separate, for example, gravy or pan juices from cooking fat. The bag includes upper and lower openings and an upper handle. Cooking juices can be placed into the bag via the upper opening. Once closed, the fat will rise while the gravy collects at the bottom of the bag adjacent the lower closure. The lower closure can then be opened to let out the gravy.
Combination Utensil Strainer
A system for a combination utensil and strainer tool. The tool has a utensil portion. Attached to and downstream from the utensil portion is the straining portion. Attached to and downstream of the straining portion is the handle portion. A user can use the utensil portion to stir, cook, and other functions. The user can thereafter use the same tool as a strainer.
Juice separation apparatus
A fluid separation apparatus includes a container for capturing liquid juice separated from blended juice. The fluid separation apparatus also includes a filter basket supported by the container. The filter basket includes an upper portion that engages with the container and a cylindrical extension portion that extends from the upper portion. The fluid separation apparatus also has a filtering device that can extend into and through the filter basket. The filtering device is supported by the filter basket at a top end and has a bottom end that extends past the cylindrical extension portion of the filter basket. The fluid separation apparatus has a press assembly having a rod element with a handle disposed on a first end of the rod element and a press disposed on a second end of the rod element.

Lasagna noodle cooking and drying rack
A Lasagna noodle cooking and drying rack including, a plurality of noodle cooking shelves formed from a plurality of horizontal shelf arms and a plurality of horizontal support members with the horizontal shelf arms attached to a plurality of vertical shelf support structures at an incline to hold the noodles securely on their individual shelves during the cooking process. Cooking the noodles on their individual shelves prevents the noodles from sticking together and promotes even cooking of the noodles which in turn prevents them from breaking apart when they are removed from the cooking water. The Lasagna noodle cooking and drying rack has a removable handle which can be hooked on to the two end vertical support structures to lift the rack from the cooking pot. The Lasagna noodles can be drained and dried on their individual shelves after the rack is lifted out of the cooking water.
Fruit infuser system for beverage bottle
To make a flavored beverage, plant matter is inserted into a bottle through the neck of the bottle. Afterwards, a generally tubular strainer is inserted into the bottle. The tubular strainer has a flange that sealingly abuts against the neck of the bottle. The bottle is filled with a water-based liquid and capped. By inserting the plant matter before the strainer, the plant matter is trapped between the strainer and the bottle wall, making it visible from the outside if the bottle is clear. The strainer prevents the plant matter from being ingested by the user.

FIVE IN ONE BAR TOOL
The invention relates to a bar tool that allows the user to easily open bottles and pop top cans, remove speed pourers, scoop ice, and strain beverages
Food grease reduction systems and methods
Various embodiments relate to a manual centrifuge food processing device. An example device includes a bowl and a spindle extending from an inner surface of the bowl. A mesh basket is removably coupled to the bowl and is structured to receive a food product. The mesh basket defines a hub structured to receive the spindle so as to facilitate rotation of the mesh basket relative to the bowl about the spindle. A lid is removably coupled to the bowl. The lid includes a drive mechanism structured to rotate the mesh basket in response to a manual input so as to drive liquid from the food product due to centrifugal force. Each of the bowl and the mesh basket is formed of metal.
