An assembly for preparing and/or cooking food for a kitchen appliance, includes at least in a first configuration: a bowl for preparing and/or cooking food including a first cooking and/or preparation inner volume, the bowl further having at least one handle extending outside of the first inner volume, a cooking basket shaped so as to be positioned inside the first cooking inner volume, the cooking basket having a second cooking inner volume, the basket having at least one gripping member, a cap shaped so as to close the first volume. The assembly has a housing configured to house at least partially the gripping member of the basket, the housing being arranged outside the first inner volume and outside the second inner volume.
Pot with bail handle and tiltable lid
A device for holding a lid to a pot to permit the pouring of liquid from the pot while retaining a food product within the pot, including a pair of spaced apart hook members attached to opposed top edges of the pot and positioned off-set from a centerline of the pot. The hook members each include a horizontal top flange turned inwardly toward the pot, whereby when the pot is moved to a pouring position, the liquid forces the lid to separate from the pot and the top flanges of the hook members to engage the lid to maintain a predetermined pouring gap between the lid and the pot and also to prevent the lid from sliding forward off the pot due to their off-set positioning from the pot centerline.
KETTLE AND UNIBODY HANDLE WITH INTEGRATED SPOUT AND EXCHANGEABLE WHISTLE ELEMENT
A kettle comprising, a body having a vent; a lid reversibly couplable to the body; and a unibody handle comprising, a distal end, a proximal end disposed on the body, an integrated lever comprising, at least one interchangeable whistle disposed on a lever proximal end, wherein the at least one interchangeable whistle reversibly attaches to the integrated lever, wherein the at least one interchangeable whistle is configured to be in at least one of a seated position and a raised position, a tab disposed on a lever distal end, wherein actuation of the tab causes the at least one interchangeable whistle to move from at least one of the seated position to the raised position and the raised position to the seated position, and a spout disposed on the proximal end, wherein the spout entirely eclipses the vent wherein the spout entirely eclipses the vent.

Bucket handle retainer
A bucket handle retainer with a substantially flat rectilinear resilient plate. The plate has an upper tip that corresponds to the inside dimension of the internal cavity of the handle holding portion of a standard five gallon bucket. The plate includes a spring biased finger capable of frictionally engaging the inside wall of the handle holding portion. The plate also includes a holding portion capable of being grasped by a user's fingers to insert or remove the plate from the handle holding portion of the bucket. A preferred embodiment includes the handle retainer is injection molded from nylon plastic.
Nesting cooking vessels
A cooking vessel is provided. The cooking vessel includes a vessel body, a handle, a locking portion and a bail. The vessel body has an inner surface and an outer surface. The handle has an upper surface, a lower surface, a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal end of the handle is coupled to the vessel body. The locking portion is disposed in one of either the lower surface and the distal end of the handle. The bail is coupled to the handle proximate the distal end of the handle. The bail is movable between an unlocked position and a locked position, and the bail is configured to cooperatively and lockingly engage a locking portion of a second cooking vessel when the bail is in the locked position.
