A free-standing device for releasing fragrances includes a hollow external cylinder having an inner surface engaging the outer surface of an internal cylinder, the internal cylinder being closed. The inner surface of the external cylinder and the outer surface of the internal cylinder are fully at contact with each other. If open, the internal cylinder projects beneath the external cylinder, allowing the user to insert it into a support having a resting surface and an upper projection perforated centrally. The present invention relates to a decorative toilet paper holder. The holder is configured to be styled as one or more of an animal likeness, a sports equipment replica, a logo, a cartoon character, a doll, a toy and many more. The toilet paper holder comprises: a holder body that includes a cavity to accommodate a toilet paper roll; a weighted base or a suction cup attached to the bottom of the holder body, directly or through a detachable handle, for placing the holder on a surface; the toilet paper roll is rolled over a spindle within the cavity, wherein the spindle can be removed for replacing the toilet paper roll. The dispenser is typically made of a one-piece construction that installs easily to any existing toilet by way of the mounting bolt for the toilet seat. The problem is solved by a toilet roll in which a volatile deodorizing fragrant agent that is vaporized to emit fragrance and chemically deodorizes a malodorous component is applied to an outer periphery of a paper tube, and a deodorizing region to which a deodorant that chemically deodorizes a malodorous component is applied for deodorizing a malodorous component by contact with the malodorous component is provided on an inner periphery of the paper tube.

A combination toilet wipes package that also freshens the air of a bathroom. Some embodiments are suitable as a toilet wipes dispenser refill package. Some embodiments are suitable as a stand-alone toilet wipes dispenser package. The combination toilet wipes package includes a toilet wipes package having an opening on top for extracting moist toilet wipes contained therein, and an attached air freshener cartridge having a hole for allowing air freshener to diffuse out into the room. As a toilet wipes dispenser refill package, the combination toilet wipes package includes an air freshener cartridge having an air baffle ring configured to engage air baffle slots of a wipes dispenser. Some embodiments include a peel-away seal applied over both the opening of the toilet wipes package and the hole of the air freshener cartridge such that removing the seal opens both the package of moist toilet wipes and the air freshener cartridge.
