In the horizontal bathing position (52), the bathing plate (2) is disposed over a waste opening (102) of the toilet (100), aligning the drain hole (4) with the waste opening (102). In the horizontal position (52), the one or more folding legs (14) are folded down into a perpendicular relationship with the one or more crossmembers (24).
