Bath kit
A bath kit configured to transition from a crate form to a bathroom form is provided. The bath kit includes a bathtub enclosure surrounded by a first sidewall sub-assembly, a second sidewall sub-assembly, a rear bracing sub-assembly, a drop ceiling sub-assembly, and a floor sub-assembly. The sub-assembly components form the three sides, a top, and a bottom of the bath kit in crate form. These components are also configured to form the walls, ceiling, and floor of the bathtub enclosure in the bathroom form. The method of assembling the bath kit and the method of transforming the bath kit from a crate form to a bathroom form are also provided.
Kit for building a shower enclosure with well-aligned plumb walls
A kit can be used to construct a shower enclosure within a plurality of walls and above a floor. Each wall has a plurality of vertical studs. The kit comprises a prefabricated shower base having a drain hole, a plurality of attachment pieces, and a plurality of prefabricated shower wall panels. The prefabricated base is configured to be positioned on the floor so that its drain hole is positioned over the floor's drain outlet. Each attachment piece has a front planar portion and is configured to attach to a stud of a wall so that the front planar portions of the attachment pieces on the same wall frame are essentially co-planar and plumb regardless of whether the front-facing surfaces of the studs are co-planar, plumb, and straight. Each prefabricated wall panel has a backside configured to attach to the front planar portions of a plurality of the attachment sleeves.
3′-UTR sequences for stabilization of RNA
The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3′-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.
NOVEL SHOWER INSTALLATIONS AND METHODS FOR EFFICIENTLY CONSTRUCTING SAME
A kit for manufacturing a shower, comprising a shower pan, one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some of the embodiments, one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels. The invention is also directed to a method for manufacturing a shower by the steps of: (i) installing a shower pan, (ii) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, (iii) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some of the embodiments, (iv) installing one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels. The invention is also directed to a manufactured shower, comprising: a shower pan, one or more pre-sized and shaped floor covering panels, one or more pre-sized and shaped wall covering panels, and, in some embodiments, one or more pre-sized and shaped curb covering panels.
COMPACT CABIN
There is provided a compact cabin which combines (a) sterilization, such as with a pulverized spraying apparatus, (b) hair and body drying, such as with a mechanical ventilation system that gives pressurized hot air to the hair and body, (c) shower and massage, such as with a pressurized water mechanism, (d) swimsuit drying, such as with a mini swimsuit dryer, and/or (e) skincare, such as with ultraviolet light. The system combines all the activities between changing clothes and showering in an efficient, fast and healthy way.
3'-UTR SEQUENCES FOR STABILIZATION OF RNA
The present invention relates to stabilization of RNA, in particular mRNA, and an increase in mRNA translation. The present invention particularly relates to a modification of RNA, in particular in vitro-transcribed RNA, resulting in increased transcript stability and/or translation efficiency. According to the invention, it was demonstrated that certain sequences in the 3′-untranslated region (UTR) of an RNA molecule improve stability and translation efficiency.
Shower enclosure and methods of installation
Exemplary embodiments provide a prefabricated modular shower enclosure, including a base with a plurality of engagement feature along a peripheral surface of the base, a plurality of alignment supports, and a surround panel. In some embodiments, at least one alignment support is positionable in a preselected relationship relative to the engagement features of the base, and the alignment supports are configured to be independently made square relative to the base. Additional exemplary embodiments provide a prefabricated shower enclosure, including a base with a plurality of engagement feature along a peripheral surface of the base, and a plurality of surround panels that engage the base. The modular shower enclosure reduces installation time and complexity by using components that are fabricated and cut to size offsite prior to installation at a job site.
Modular Panel Assembly
A modular bath or shower panel assembly, comprising a left panel; a center panel; and a right panel, wherein the left panel comprises a side section and a center section having a functional end, the center panel comprises a left functional end and a right functional end, the right panel comprises a side section and a center section having a functional end, and wherein, upon installation of the assembly, the left panel functional end and the right panel functional end are configured to couple to the center panel left functional end and center panel right functional end, respectively.
