The device comprises a cylindrical soap holding dish component with a pour spout and a plurality of continuous openings above the pour spout that function as additional drainage holes. The dish component is sloped, such that any residual water from the soap bar and/or sponge within the dish component will drain out of the pour spout and into a sink. The dish component is supported on a base component large enough to store the dish component and a sponge or bristle brush for draining.
