CONTROL METHOD OF DISHWASHER
A method controls a dishwasher including a tub configured to receive objects to be washed, a drying device configured to receive wet air from the tub and to discharge the wet air to an outside of the dishwasher, and a dry air supplier including a heating part and being configured to supply heated air to the tub. The method includes preheating the drying device by introducing dry air from the outside to the drying device before a first preset time from a start point of a drying operation, performing the drying operation at the start point, wherein the wet air is discharged from the tub during the drying operation, and cooling the dry air supplier by stopping operation of the heating part before a second preset time from an end time point of the drying operation.
METHOD OF TREATING DISHWARE IN A DOMESTIC AUTOMATIC DISHWASHING MACHINE
A method of treating dishware in a domestic automatic dishwashing machine for from 30 minutes to 50 minutes includes washing the dishware for from 15 minutes to 30 minutes and rinsing the dishware for from 15 minutes to 30 minutes. Washing the dishware includes dosing from 2.0 litres to 5.0 litres of water into a cleaning chamber of the domestic automatic dishwashing machine and contacting the dishware in the cleaning chamber with the wash water. At least 10 minutes of washing the dishware is carried out at a temperature ranging from 40° C. to less than 50° C. Rinsing the dishware includes dosing from 2.0 litres to 5.0 litres of rinse water into the cleaning chamber and contacting the dishware in the cleaning chamber with the rinse water. At least 7 minutes of rinsing the dishware is carried out at a temperature ranging from 55° C. to 65° C.
Device for drying and polishing items such as glasses and cutlery
A device for drying and polishing items such as glasses and cutlery, the device including an enclosure having apertures through which an end of the items can be inserted; a plurality of movable cleaning elements within the enclosure for drying and/or polishing the items; and a selectively operable steam distribution system for applying steam within the enclosure to at least one of the cleaning elements and/or the items, whereby the cleaning elements dry or polish the items, wherein the steam distribution system is operable on insertion of an end of said items into the enclosure.
CONTROL METHOD FOR DISHWASHER
A method of controlling a dishwasher includes washing an object accommodated inside a tub by spraying water and detergent onto the object, rinsing the object by spraying water onto the object, drying the object by removing moisture adhered to the object, detecting an amount of a rinsing agent, comparing the detected amount of the rinsing agent to a predetermined amount, based on the comparison, determining whether the detected amount of the rinsing agent is less than the predetermined amount, and increasing at least one of a temperature of water to be supplied in the rinsing or a drying time in the drying based on determining that the detected amount of the rinsing agent is less than the predetermined amount.
DISHWASHER WITH LIQUID STORAGE TANK
A dishwasher with a tub that defines a treatment chamber, a sump fluidly connected to the tub, sprayers within the treatment chamber, a drain pump fluidly connecting the sump to a discharge pipe, a water tank fluidly connected to the sump with a controllable valve, a softener, and a diverter valve fluidly connecting the sump and the sprayers.
DISHWASHER WITH CONDENSING DRYING SYSTEM
A dish treating appliance for treating dishes according to a cycle of operation can comprise a tub defining a treating chamber. The treating chamber can fluidly couple to condenser having an inlet, an outlet, and a condensing passage. The condenser can further comprise multiple ambient air inlets to mix humid air drawn from the treating chamber with ambient air within the condenser. The condenser can further integrate a water inlet with a condenser outlet, such that a water supply and condensed liquid can be provided to the treating chamber through the same opening.
Multi-directional air distribution assembly for a dishwashing appliance
A dishwashing appliance includes a tub defining a wash chamber. An inlet is defined in the tub and provides air flow into the wash chamber. A fan selectively urges air through the inlet in at least two different directions, including a first direction and a second direction. A diverter disk is proximate the inlet downstream of the fan and upstream of the wash chamber. The diverter disk defines an axial direction. The diverter disk is movable along the axial direction between a first position and a second position. The fan urges the diverter disk to move from the second position to the first position when the fan urges air through the inlet in the first direction, and the fan urges the diverter disk to move from the first position to the second position when the fan urges air through the inlet in the second direction.
METHOD FOR CLEANING CUTLERY OR CUTLERY PARTS, CUTLERY HOLDER FOR HOLDING CUTLERY TO BE CLEANED IN A DISHWASHER, AND DISHWASHER
A method for cleaning cutlery or cutlery parts, wherein the method includes the method step of filling a cutlery holder with the cutlery to be cleaned, the method step of treating the cutlery to be cleaned with a washing liquid, and the method step of treating the washed cutlery with a clear rinsing liquid. The cutlery holder is filled with the cutlery to be cleaned such that the individual cutlery parts are movable relative to each other and/or relative to the cutlery holder, wherein at least during clear rinsing and preferably also during washing, the cutlery parts are moved at least once and preferably several times relative to each other and/or relative to the cutlery holder in order to avoid static contact points between the individual cutlery parts and/or between the cutlery parts and the cutlery holder. A corresponding cutlery holder, and a dishwasher are also provided.
DISH TREATING APPLIANCE WITH A DRYING SYSTEM AND METHOD OF OPERATION
A dishwasher includes a tub at least partially defining a treating chamber, with an access opening. The dishwasher further includes a closure movable between closed and opened positions to selectively close and open the access opening. A method of drying dishes within the dishwasher includes moving the closure to a partially open position between the closed and opened positions.
Domestic dishwasher and method for treating items to be washed
A household dishwasher includes a dishwasher cavity defining a treatment chamber, a loading unit accommodated in the treatment chamber for holding items to be washed, a washing apparatus configured to apply washing liquid to the treatment chamber, and a fan wheel mounted in the treatment chamber above the loading unit for rotation in a blow-off operating phase such that the fan wheel draws in air from the treatment chamber, accelerates and moves the air forward and downward as an air flow in the treatment chamber. The air flow strikes a blow-off region at a top of the loading unit and blowing off washing liquid from atop the items being washed.
