MODULAR SYSTEM FOR LOADING A CONVEYOR DISHWASHER
The invention proposes a modular system for loading a conveying apparatus of a conveyor dishwasher. The modular system comprises: A. at least one detection module for sensing status data relating to supplied washware; B. a plurality of interchangeable handling modules, wherein the handling modules are each intended to perform an individual handling function for handling the washware using at least one actuator; C. at least one feeding unit for selectively feeding the supplied washware to the handling modules; D. at least one control module, wherein the control module has at least one registering unit, wherein the handling modules and the individual handling function thereof can be registered, and deregistered, at the registering unit, wherein the control module has at least one processor and is programmed to evaluate the status data and to assess a respective situation of the supplied washware; and to detect which handling modules are registered at the registering unit, whether the respective individual handling function of the handling modules is usable in the respective washware situation, and to activate the feeding unit such that washware is fed to the handling modules in accordance with the usability. The invention also proposes a cleaning system which comprises the modular system, and further proposes a method for cleaning washware.
CLEANING SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLEANING ARTICLES TO BE CLEANED

The cleaning system (110) comprises: a) at least one cleaning device (116), comprising at least one cleaning chamber (120) and at least one application device (122) for applying at least one cleaning fluid to the articles (112) to be cleaned in the cleaning chamber (120); and b) at least one transport system (118), comprising a plurality of transport segments (124) for receiving the articles (112) to be cleaned, wherein the transport segments (124) are guided such that they can be transported through the cleaning chamber (120) in circulation in a transport direction (114), wherein the transport system (118) also comprises at least one transport device (134) for driving the transport segments (124).
HANDLING MODULE FOR LOADING A TRANSPORT DEVICE OF A CONVEYOR DISHWASHER
The invention relates to a handling module for loading a transport device of a conveyor dishwasher. The handling module comprises a turning wheel for turning a dishware item, a supply ramp and a feed ramp for transferring the dishware item from the turning wheel to a transport device of the conveyor dishwasher, wherein the feed ramp has at least one waste disposal opening, wherein the turning wheel is designed to receive the dishware item supplied via the supply ramp in an orientation with a use side facing upwards, wherein the turning wheel is also designed to turn the dishware item and to place same on the feed ramp with the use side facing downwards, wherein, when placing the dishware item on the use side, waste on the dishware item can be disposed of via the waste disposal opening due to gravity. The invention also relates to a cleaning system comprising the handling module, as well as a method for cleaning items to be cleaned.
System for loading different conveying tracks of at least one dishwasher, and dishwasher arrangement having such a system
A system (10) for loading different conveying tracks (2, 3, 4) of at least one in particular commercial conveyor dishwasher (1, 1′). The system (10) includes a feed conveyor belt (11) for delivering washware (9a, 9b, 9c) to loading regions of the at least one conveyor dishwasher (1, 1′). The system (10) further includes a sorting arrangement for sorting the washware (9a, 9b, 9c) delivered to the loading regions of the at least one conveyor dishwasher (1, 1′) via the feed conveyor belt (11) according to previously defined or definable washware groups. The sorting arrangement is associated with at least one loading arrangement (13a, 13b, 13c) for automatically loading the different conveying tracks of the at least one conveyor dishwasher (1, 1′) with washware (9a, 9b, 9c) of one of the previously defined or definable washware groups.
CONVEYOR DISHWASHER FOR CLEANING WASHWARE
A conveyor dishwasher for cleaning washware, in particular in the form of drinking vessels, wherein the conveyor dishwasher has at least one treatment zone and a housing, wherein the conveyor dishwasher also has a dirty-side feed -in region, by way of which washware which is to be cleaned in the at least one treatment zone is fed in manually, and a clean-side discharging region by way of which washware cleaned in the at least one treatment zone is discharged and removed manually, and a transporting apparatus for transporting washware from the feed-in region, through the at least one treatment zone, to the discharging region. The feed-in region and the discharging region are formed in one and the same side of the housing of the conveyor dishwasher or in directly adjacent sides of the housing.

A prewashing system includes a dish recognizing unit that recognizes a dish that is an object of prewashing executed prior to main washing, a first prewashing unit that performs prewashing of the dish that is the object of prewashing by a flow of water, a second prewashing unit that performs prewashing of the dish that is the object of prewashing by a washing tool, a prewashing method deciding unit that decides a prewashing method using at least one of the first prewashing unit and the second prewashing unit, on the basis of a form of the dish that is the object of prewashing, which is recognized by the dish recognizing unit, and a prewashing executing unit that executes prewashing of the dish that is the object of prewashing, by the prewashing method decided by the prewashing method deciding unit.

A warewash machine for washing wares includes a chamber for receiving wares, the chamber having an inlet side, an outlet side, multiple spray zones between the inlet side and the outlet side, and a conveyor arrangement for moving wares along a conveyance path through the multiple spray zones in a ware travel direction. A prescrapping zone is located toward the inlet side of the chamber, the prescrapping zone having a blow-off system comprising a plurality of prescrapping nozzles and a compressed air feed line for delivering compressed air to the prescrapping nozzles.

The cleaning device furthermore has a sensor, which is designed to detect an action of a manual force on the covering device in the opening movement direction or in the closing movement direction. The cleaning device is furthermore designed to control the electromechanical drive in accordance with the detection of the action of the manual force.
