DEVICES AND METHODS FOR DELIVERY OF MEDICAL TOOLS
An endoscopic cap assembly may include a sleeve and a cap. The cap may include a cap channel extending along an external surface of the cap. The cap may also include an engagement feature extending radially outwardly from the external surface of the cap.
ULTRASONIC ENDOSCOPE AND BALLOON
Provided are ultrasonic endoscope and a balloon with improved balloon detachment resistance.
An ultrasonic endoscope includes an ultrasound oscillator unit disposed in a distal end part of an insertion part, and a balloon attachably and detachably attached to the distal end part to cover an outside surface of the ultrasound oscillator unit, the distal end part is provided on at least one of a distal end side or a proximal end side of the ultrasound oscillator unit and has balloon attachment grooves formed in an outer peripheral surface of the distal end part along a peripheral direction, the balloon has a balloon body provided with openings, and a first annular locking part and a second annular locking part that are provided in the opening of the balloon body and are locked in the balloon attachment grooves, and the first annular locking part and the second annular locking part have a detachment prevention shape for restraining detachment from the balloon attachment grooves.
Flexible mechanism
Provided is a flexible mechanism. The flexible mechanism comprises: a flexible backbone which is introduced into a treatment area in the human body and which bends along a path in the human body; and a wire for transmitting an operation force provided through a handler prepared at one end of the flexible backbone to an end-effector prepared at the other end of the flexible backbone, wherein the wire extends from the one end of the flexible backbone to the other end of the flexible backbone and can wind around the outer circumferential surface of the flexible backbone in multiples of 360 degrees or passes through a spiral path formed on an inner surface in multiples of 360 degrees.
MULTI-PROCESSING DEVICE FOR AN ENDOSCOPE AND USE METHOD THEREOF
The present disclosure provides a multiple-processing device for an endoscope. The multi-processing device may comprise a plurality of processing units, a conveying component, and an operation component. The processing units may include a capsule body and clamping arms. A proximal end of the capsule body may be provided with a first limit part that may be available for deformation or failure under an external force. The distal end of a conveying pipe of the conveying component and/or the proximal end of the capsule body may be provided with a second limit part configured to expand and contract along a radial direction of the conveying pipe. The multiple-processing device not only enhances the combination between the capsule body and the conveying pip, so as to control the opening and closing of the clamping arms, but also prevents the processing units from interfering or jamming the inner wall of the conveying pipe due to the expanded first limit part, which can ensure the smooth movement of the processing units in the conveying pipe, so that the processing units can be effectively repeatedly opened and closed before being released. The present disclosure also provides a use method of a multi-multi-processing device for an endoscope.
ENDOSCOPIC DEVICES, ACCESS SHEATHS, AND ASSOCIATED METHODS
Systems and methods for treating a patient may include accessing an anatomical structure with a single use visualization device, using the imaging capabilities of the single use visualization device within the anatomical structure, and in some cases, advancing the single use visualization device beyond the anatomical structure to and toward another anatomical structure within the patient. Disposable elements may be used with or added to the single use visualization device to accomplish tasks normally performed with reusable devices.
Method for anastomosing alimentary tract
A method for anastomosing an alimentary tract according to a first aspect of the invention includes a first step of inserting an endoscope into an alimentary tract through a natural opening in a state where a distal end part of a tube body is coupled to an outer periphery of a distal end part of the endoscope; a second step of making a hole in a tract wall of the alimentary tract; a third step of inserting the tube body through the hole; a fourth step of grasping the distal end part of the tube body disposed through the hole; a fifth step of separating the tube body from an outer periphery of the distal end part of the endoscope; and a sixth step of delivering the treatment part up to the hole after the fifth step.
MULTI-DIRECTIONALLY GUIDED ENDOSCOPE
A multi-directionally guided endoscope includes an endoscope body. The endoscope body is connected to a catheter. At least four pulling wires are evenly distributed in the endoscope body. One ends of the pulling wires are connected to an end of the catheter away from the endoscope body. The pulling wires are respectively fixed to pulling mechanisms. The pulling mechanisms are respectively sleeved on guide rods. The guide rods are fixed in the endoscope body. The endoscope body is provided with a plurality of elongated grooves. One ends of the pulling mechanisms respectively extend from the elongated grooves. The multi-directionally guided endoscope is provided with pulling mechanisms that are simple in structure, convenient to operate, and accurate and stable to pull.
