One end of the rotary inner tube is rotatably connected with the handle mechanism and the other end of the rotary inner tube is connected with a camera. The supporting outer tube is sleeved in a circumferential direction of the rotary inner tube, one end of the supporting outer tube is fixedly connected with the handle mechanism and the other end of the supporting outer tube is provided with a bent section, the bent section is provided with a continuous bent groove, and the bent groove is arranged spirally along the circumferential direction of the bent section.
ENDOSCOPE WITH REUSABLE OPTICAL AND ELECTRICAL DISTAL ASSEMBLY
An endoscope that includes an elongated bougie, a distal tip at a distal end of the bougie and a handle at a proximal end of the bougie. The distal tip has a camera, an LED light, and a distal tip housing forming a distal tip chamber. The endoscope also has an electronic connector, such as a PCB board connector, having at least one PCB board, and at least a portion of the PCB board is nestled within the distal tip chamber. The PCB board connector is disposed between the distal tip and the distal end of the elongated bougie when being assembled. The distal tip and the PCB board connector are attached into one integral distal assembly by removable attaching means, such as a pair of snap fit hood and holder. The integral distal end assembly is configured to be cut from the old bougie used in a medical procedure and to be collected and later disassembled, sterilized, and reassembled with another new bougie.
Endoscope with separable, disposable shaft
Endoscopes comprising a reusable hand-piece and separable disposable shaft assembly are illustrated and described. The reusable hand-piece includes a housing having an articulation control mounted thereto and an electronics module mounted thereto. The articulation control includes control knobs and concentric drive shafts for articulation. The electronics module includes a battery, a control board, and an optical and/or electrical connector. The separable disposable shaft comprises a housing having an articulation wire actuating assembly mounted thereto and an optical and/or electrical connector mounted thereto. When the housing of the hand-piece and the housing of the separable disposable shaft assembly are joined together, the articulation control engages the articulation wire actuating assembly and the optical and/or electrical connector of the reusable hand-piece engages the optical and/or electrical connector of the disposable shaft assembly.
Medical image processing apparatus and medical observation system
A medical image processing apparatus includes an image processor configured to: receive a plurality of first image data captured at different times and generated by illumination of light in a first wavelength band in sequence; receive a plurality of second image data captured at different times and generated by illumination of light in a second wavelength band different from the first wavelength band in sequence; generate first and second images based on the received first and second image data, respectively; and output the generated first image and second image to a display in chronological order of the first and second images and in accordance with a preset display pattern of the first and second images.
Visual tooth cleaning, grinding and polishing instrument
A visual tooth cleaning, grinding and polishing instrument includes a host, an oral observation instrument and a cleaning and polishing tool. The host can drive the cleaning and polishing tool and supply a power source and a control system for an illuminating system, an observation system and the oral observation instrument. A picture shot by a camera of the observation system can be transmitted to a display of the observation system in time, so as to achieve the purposes of cleaning the teeth while observing a process of cleaning the dental calculus, dental plaque and pigmentation on the surface of the teeth with the cleaning and polishing tool and the cleaning effect instantly on a mobile phone, thereby effectively cleaning, grinding and polishing the teeth. A flusher or an electric toothbrush head or other interdental cleaning tools may also be mounted on the host or the oral observation instrument.
MEDICAL SYSTEMS, DEVICES, AND RELATED METHODS
A medical system includes a medical device and an end cap. The medical device includes a handle, including an actuation device, and a shaft extending from the handle. A distal end of the shaft includes a tab, and the tab is movable based on movement of the actuation device. The end cap includes a modular camera assembly. The modular camera assembly includes a camera, a support, an arm, and a cavity. The tab is coupleable to the modular camera assembly via the cavity, and movement of the tab controls a position of the support and the camera.
ENDOSCOPE SYSTEM
There are provided an endoscope system capable of suppressing an increase in the size of a first connector of an endoscope and of performing non-contact electric power supply and non-contact signal transmission, an endoscope, and an endoscope connector. A power receiving unit and a power supply unit are disposed opposite to each other along an insertion direction of first and second connectors, and an image signal transmission unit and an image signal receiving unit are disposed opposite to each other along the insertion direction of the first and second connectors. A first circuit board is disposed on the opposite side to the power supply unit with respect to the power receiving unit so as to partially overlap the power receiving unit in the insertion direction. The power receiving unit and the image signal transmission unit are disposed so as not to overlap each other in the insertion direction.
Oximetry Device with Laparoscopic Extension
A laparoscopic medical device includes an oximeter sensor at its tip, which allows the making of oxygen saturation measurements laparoscopically. The device can be a unitary design, wherein a laparoscopic element includes electronics for the oximeter sensor at a distal end (e.g., opposite the tip). The device can be a multiple piece design (e.g., two-piece design), where some electronics is in a separate housing from the laparoscopic element, and the pieces (or portions) are removably connected together. The laparoscopic element can be removed and disposed of; so, the electronics can be reused multiple times with replacement laparoscopic elements. The electronics can include a processing unit for control, computation, or display, or any combination of these. However, in an implementation, the electronics can connect wirelessly to other electronics (e.g., another processing unit) for further control, computation, or display, or any combination of these.
