SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR INTRAOPERATIVE SURGICAL SCOPE CLEANING
A system for supplying insufflation gas for a surgical procedure includes first and second insufflation gas inlets for receiving insufflation gas from at least two insufflation gas supply tanks located in an operating room; an insufflation gas outlet for providing a flow of insufflation gas supplied via the first and second insufflation gas inlets; and a valve system configured to automatically switch from insufflation gas supply via the first insufflation gas inlet to insufflation gas supply via the second insufflation gas inlet to maintain insufflation gas flow at the insufflation gas outlet.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REAL-TIME SAMPLING
Apparatuses, systems, and methods for controlling the sampling of tissue using a guidewire. In an illustrative embodiment, an apparatus includes a handle, a flexible dual lumen catheter couplable to the handle, and a guidewire guide disposed at a distal end of the flexible dual lumen catheter.
Medical device having a plurality of lumens and a port
Devices, systems, and methods are provided for breaking a kidney stone(s) into smaller particles, fragments, and/or stone dust; and removing the same from a patient. The medical device may include a tube having a distal end, a proximal end, a port located proximal of the distal end, and a length of the tube extending between the proximal end and the distal end. A first portion of the tube may be proximal of the port and have a first cross-sectional area, while a second portion of the tube may be distal of the port and have a second cross-sectional area smaller than the first cross-sectional area. A first lumen may extend from the proximal end to the distal end of the tube. A second lumen may in communication with the port to fluidly connect the proximal end of the tube with the port.
ENDOSCOPE
An endoscope includes a pulley provided in an operation portion, having an outer diameter larger than an inner diameter of an endoscope insertion portion, and configured to wind a wire connected to a bending portion; and a wire guard that is arranged to cover a predetermined range of an outer peripheral portion of the pulley, and includes a guide wall arranged to extend within a range of a radius of the pulley from a contact point position at which the wire in contact with the pulley is separated from the pulley in a longitudinal axis direction of the operation portion. The wire guard includes two members each formed in a substantially semicircular plate shape, and coupling parts formed in arc shapes extending from both end portions of the two members and configured to couple the two members.
MEDICAL DEVICE WITH EXTENDABLE SHAFT
A medical device may comprise a handle, a first shaft extending from a distal end of the handle, and a second shaft extending a lumen of the first shaft. The handle may further include a first actuator and a second actuator. The first shaft may include (1) a plurality of lumens extending therethrough, (2) a distal face, and (3) a longitudinal axis. Actuation of the first actuator may articulate a distal portion of the first shaft. The second shaft may be axially movable relative to the first shaft such that the second shaft extends out of a distal opening of the first lumen and distally of the distal face. Actuation of the second actuator may articulate a distal portion of the second shaft.
Enhanced flexible robotic endoscopy apparatus
An enhanced flexible robotic endoscopy apparatus includes a main body and flexible elongate shaft. The main body comprises a proximal end, a distal end and a housing that extends to the proximal end and the housing comprises a plurality of surfaces and a plurality of insertion inlets which reside on at least one of the surface of the housing at the proximal end of the main body, through which a plurality of channels for endoscopy are accessible. Each of the insertion inlets has insertion axis corresponding thereto, along which flexible elongate assemblies are insertable, with the insertion axes of the insertion inlets being parallel to the central axis of the flexible elongate shaft at the proximal end of the flexible elongate shaft.
FLEXIBLE INSTRUMENT DELIVERY DEVICE
A surgical access assembly may include an outer sheath defined by an open distal end and an open proximal end and including a hollow body portion therebetween, and a flexible tool delivery device having a hub and a guide tube, the hub configured to selectively secure to a rim at the proximal end of the outer sheath, and the guide tube configured to extend at least partially into the outer sheath and provide a flexible tool proximate to a tissue.
IMAGING CATHETER, TIP, TUBE BODY AND MEDICAL DEVICE
An imaging catheter, a tip, a tube body and a medical device, relating to the field of medical instruments, where the imaging catheter includes a tube body and a tip, the tube body includes a first shuttling wall and a second shuttling wall, a first lumen is formed between the first shuttling wall and the second shuttling wall, the tip includes a first mounting wall and a second mounting wall, and a second lumen is formed between the first mounting wall and the second mounting wall. The second lumen is communicated with the first lumen, and a proximal end of the first mounting wall corresponds between the first shuttling wall and the second shuttling wall. A radial distance between a point m and a point n is a, and an inner diameter of the first lumen is b, where a≥b.
Dual view endoscope
An endoscope is provided to examine internal organs with front and rear views. The endoscope comprises a shaft extending from a distal end in a rearward direction along a longitudinal axis towards a proximal end, with the distal and proximal ends defining a hollow channel extended there-through. The endoscope further comprises a first lens positioned adjacent to the distal end and configured to receive a first image in a forward direction along the longitudinal axis, with the forward direction generally 180 degree from the rearward direction. The endoscope further comprises a rearview module positioned adjacent to the distal end. The rearview module comprises a second lens configured to be positioned adjacent to the distal end, and receive a second image in a target direction having a directional component in the rearward direction along the longitudinal axis, independently of the first lens receiving the first image in the forward direction.
Endoscope system and endoscope
An endoscope system includes a mother endoscope, a baby endoscope and a fixing member. The mother endoscope includes a first insertion section, a first operation section, a treatment instrument insertion channel and an opening.
