A spinal pedicle screw system includes distractions rods and has the ability to be distracted after the screws are inserted into the pedicle and maintain polyaxial motion via polyaxial joints.

INTERNAL FIXATION SYSTEM FOR ANATOMICAL REDUCTION OF FRACTURED VERTEBRAL BODY OF SPINE AND INTRAVERTEBRAL BONE GRAFTING
20230121328 · 2023-04-20 ·

The present disclosure discloses an internal fixation system for anatomical reduction of a fractured vertebral body of a spine and intravertebral bone grafting. The system includes at least two injured vertebra nails, each of the at least two injured vertebra nails has a reduction connecting clip connected thereto, and all reduction connecting clips are connected by a connecting rod; the reduction connecting clip includes a fixation screw, a reduction connecting nut, and a reduction connecting screw head; and the reduction connecting screw head and the reduction connecting nut are connected to each other and have a one-way gear structure at a joint thereof. The present disclosure maximizes the recovery and maintenance of an effective height of an injured vertebral body, reduces occurrences of postoperative vertebral body collapses and kyphosis, and decreases fractures of pedicle screw nails and the connecting rod.

SPINAL CORRECTION TENSIONING SYSTEM
20230112277 · 2023-04-13 ·

A vertebral column correction system for correcting a spinal deformity without fusing the joint segments is disclosed. The vertebral column correction system may have first and second vertebral anchors secured to first and second vertebrae. The vertebral column correction system may further comprise one or more intermediate vertebral anchors secured to vertebrae between the first and second vertebrae. A connection member may be disposed within a head portion of the vertebral anchors. At least a portion of the connection member may be a flexible member, such as a flexible cord, configured for tensioning between at least two vertebral anchors for providing a desired amount of tension to apply a correctional force to the spinal column. A spring member, or other tensioning member, may maintain the tension of the connection member.

A spinal construct comprises a first member configured for attachment to a first portion of vertebral tissue that defines a longitudinal axis. A second member is configured for attachment to a second portion of the vertebral tissue such that the second portion is axially movable relative to the second member and sagittal movement of the second member relative to the second portion is resisted and/or prevented. Systems and methods are disclosed.

Spinal correction and secondary stabilization

SPINAL STABILIZING AND GUIDING FIXATION SYSTEM
20210378713 · 2021-12-09 ·

A system to stabilize and guide the growth of the spinal column includes an elongated support member having a width and a length and a guiding connector having a bone connecting portion and a guiding portion. The bone connecting portion secures the guiding connector to a vertebrae and the guiding portion has a bearing element with a passageway adapted to receive the elongated support member. The bearing element permits relative sliding movement of the elongated support element in the passageway of the bearing element. The system may further include a bone fixation element has an elongated support member receiving channel, a locking mechanism and a bone anchoring portion. The bone anchoring portion secures the bone fixation element to bone. The locking mechanism secures the elongated support member in the channel. The guiding connector is moveable along the elongated support member to permit and control the growth of the spinal column along a predetermined path.
