PARANASAL SINUS MEDICAL DEVICE AND USES THEREOF
The present disclosure generally relates to the field of medical devices for treatment and diagnosis of paranasal sinus conditions and methods of using same. There is disclosed a device having a hollow shaft configured to be inserted into a paranasal sinus through a natural opening thereof. The hollow shaft is shaped/configured to reach a treatment area within the paranasal sinus.
Vascular ablation
The disclosure includes a vein ablation system, comprising a catheter having an elongated body. In some embodiments, the vein ablation system comprises an ablation device at a distal portion of the elongated body. According to some embodiments, the vein ablation system comprises a control device at a proximal portion of the elongated body. The control device may comprise an input mechanism configured to simultaneously control at least two of a longitudinal translation of the ablation device through a target vessel, a rotation of the ablation device about a central longitudinal axis, and an infusion of a chemical agent into the target vessel.
EMBOLISATION SYSTEMS
A bristle device for delivery into a body lumen comprises a longitudinally extending stem 1 and a plurality of bristles extending generally outwardly from the stem for anchoring the device in a body lumen. There may be at least two bristle segments and in some cases there are flexible sections between the segments. The flexible sections articulate to enable the device to pass through a catheter placed in a tortuous anatomy or to be deployed in a curved vessel, or across a bifurcation. In some cases at least some of the bristle segments are spaced-apart to accommodate bending of the bristles.
Subxyphoid epicardial ablation
Methods and devices described herein facilitate ablation patterns on the heart within a pericardial sac and without opening or deflating the lungs.
ASPIRATION CATHETER INCLUDING MECHANICAL CUTTER
In some examples, a catheter includes an elongated body defining an inner lumen and comprising an expandable member disposed at a distal portion of the elongated body, and a rotatable cutting tool located within an inner lumen of the elongated body, the rotatable cutting tool configured to segment a thrombus into smaller pieces while an aspiration force pulls the thrombus proximally into the inner lumen. In some examples, the catheter further comprises an intermediate structure oriented radially between the rotatable cutting tool and an interior surface of the elongated body, the intermediate structure configured to prevent the cutting tool from contacting the interior surface of the elongated body. In some examples, a stopper is configured to limit movement of the cutting tool distally past a distal end of the expandable member.

SURGICAL CLEANING DEVICE
A surgical cleaning device and method of use having a housing, a drive shaft rotatably mounted, having a rear end and a front end, a brush head positioned at the front end and arranged outside the housing, to which a plurality of elastically deformable bristles are attached, a pump connected with the drive shaft for pumping a rinsing liquid, a gearbox that is connected with the front end of the drive shaft and with a rear end of the tube and which translates the rotational movement of the drive shaft into an oscillating linear movement of the tube and the brush head, wherein the tube is mounted movable in a linear manner; the brush head in the region of the elastically deformable bristles has at least one ejection opening, wherein the tube opens liquid-permeably through the at least one ejection opening in the direction of the elastically deformable bristles.
DEVICES, METHODS, AND SYSTEMS TO TREAT CHRONIC BRONCHITIS
Systems and methods involve abrading a patient lung airway wall to reduce mucus production therein. Exemplary techniques include rotationally and/or linearly oscillating an abrasive material against the airway wall so as to damage mucus producing tissues, for example by removing goblet cells, while destroying less than the entire airway wall. The abrasive material may be present on the surface of an expandable balloon body or another expandable device, which can be delivered to the patient treatment site via a bronchoscope. In some cases, the abrasion techniques can cause cell damage or death at a controlled or predetermined tissue depth.
BI-DIRECTIONAL DISK REMOVAL AND DECORTICATION TOOL
The present disclosure provides a cutting tool for surgical procedures. More specifically, the present cutting tool is suitable for bi-directional cutting and removal of soft and hard tissues for surgical procedures. The cutting tool includes a substantially rigid shaft having a shaped end portion. The shaped end portion includes a plurality of shaped talons; each talon including a body bent to retain tissue, and each talon including a cutter end. The cutter end includes both acute and obtuse cutting surface relief angles for diverse cutting action with respect to hard and soft tissues.
Microdermabrasion system upgrade kit
A microdermabrasion system upgrade kit includes a plurality of couplers from which a user may choose one or more couplers in order to connect the upgrade kit to a vacuum source of an existing microdermabrasion system. In an implementation, the upgrade kit includes a power socket that the user can plug the vacuum source into.
