DENTAL BRIDGE SYSTEM
Provided is a dental bridge system including a superstructure and a support bar. The superstructure includes a proximal face formed with at least one bar-receiving groove shaped so as to snugly receive therein at least a corresponding portion of the support bar. The removable superstructure further includes a crown portion defining teeth-like members and having a structurally functional distally projecting inner core, coated by a visible layer configured to impart aesthetic qualities to the crown portion.

Single- or multi-unit dental restoration, and method of producing the same
The invention relates to a single- or multi-unit dental restoration, which consists of a support structure and a veneer, which support structure is in particular made from oxide ceramics by means of additive manufacturing, particularly preferably by means of rapid prototyping, wherein the veneer is produced by pressing a ceramic material, such as a glass ceramic or composite material, which is more translucent than the support structure, characterized in that the veneer fills and/or penetrates recesses of the support structure (12) configured as a net or frame structure or as a reinforcement, wherein it is particularly provided that the recesses penetrate through the support structure (12).
DENTAL BAR
A dental bar is disclosed for accurately determining the separation and relative orientation of two coping cylinders projecting from dental implants in a patients mouth to receive a prosthesis. The dental bar comprises two sockets, for fitting over and securing to the two coping cylinders, connected to one another by a limb formed of telescopically collapsible sections. The telescoped ections of the limb are of differing cross-sectional shape so as to define between them a volume into which a bonding material may be injected through a port, in order to lock all the limb sections permanently relative to one another.
BAR, ASSEMBLY OF AN OVERDENTURE AND A BAR, OVERDENTURE
A bar for connecting dental implants, the bar provided to be received in a cavity of a component of a dental prosthesis, a base made of a biocompatible material including a high-performance polymer, and the base including recesses and the bar including click elements that are received in the respective recesses, the click elements provided for making click connections for connecting the bar to the dental implants, assembly of an overdenture and the bar, and an overdenture.
Denture lock and tool therefor
A denture lock is disclosed, comprising a tubular bushing extending between a distal end and a proximal end. The denture lock is configured with a bore accommodating a locking pin displaceable between a locked position at which the locking pin projects from the distal end of the bushing, and an unlocked position at which the locking pin is at least partially retracted. At least an external surface portion of the bushing is configured with a coupling arrangement for removably securing a denture therewithin.

Direct dental bridge
An impression taker captures an impression of preparation cut in abutment teeth. The impression taker includes; a rigid body supporting a first arm and a second arm. The first arm has a first longitudinal end configured to take an impression of a preparation cut in a first abutment tooth, and the second arm has a second longitudinal end configured to take an impression in a second abutment tooth. In addition, a reinforcement combination supports a dental bridge and an elongate proximal bar supports a dental bridge. The impression taker and the reinforcement bar combination can be used to produce a direct dental bridge.

Method for producing a guide rail for machining prosthetic teeth
A method for producing a guide rail having the steps of: (A) generating or providing a virtual 3D model of a dental prosthesis with at least one virtual model of a machined prosthetic tooth to be arranged in a prosthesis base; (B) calculating a volume to be removed from a prefabricated prosthetic tooth; (C) generating a virtual model of a guide rail which is fixed to a mount for fastening the prefabricated prosthetic tooth such that the guide rail enables guidance of a milling head and/or a cutting tool of known dimensions, in such a manner that the volume to be removed from the prefabricated prosthetic tooth is traversed with the milling head; and (D) producing a physical guide rail on the basis of the virtual model of the guide rail using a CAM method. Also disclosed are an apparatus for implementing the method, a method for basally shortening prosthetic teeth, and a method for producing a dental prosthesis with such a method for producing a guide rail. The invention further relates to a guide rail produced with such a method and to a dental prosthesis produced with such a method for producing a dental prosthesis.
