Compound Flossing Apparatus
A disposable apparatus for flossing teeth employs a loop of dental floss that has a compound, bidirectional floss movement. A hinged lever tab on the device's frame can be pivoted by hand to move the floss loop.
Tooth flossing assembly
A tooth flossing assembly for simultaneously flossing an entire row of teeth includes a mouthpiece that is curved along a longitudinal axis to conform to the curvature of a row of a user's teeth. The mouthpiece has a plurality of engagement points positioned thereon. The engagement points are spaced apart from each other and are distributed along the mouthpiece at locations corresponding to the locations between each tooth in the row of the user's teeth. A plurality of flossing units is provided and each of the flossing units is removably coupled between a respective pair of the engagement points. Each of the flossing units includes a string that slides between a respective pair of the user's teeth when the user pushed up or bites down on the mouthpiece. In this way the plurality of flossing units can simultaneously floss the entire row of teeth.
Gripping element floss
Embodiments of a floss strip and methods of using the same are disclosed herein. The floss strip can include a flossing filament. The flossing filament can have a first end and a second end. The flossing strip can include a first anchor coupled to the flossing filament at the first end of the flossing filament. The flossing strip can include a second anchor coupled to the flossing filament at the second end of the flossing filament. The flossing filament can couple the first and second anchors. The flossing strip can include a tensioning member attached to the flossing filament at an intermediate location between the first anchor and the second anchor.
Interdental cleaning tool production method
An interdental cleaning tool producing method that enables cost reduction is provided. An interdental cleaning tool producing method according to the present invention includes; a first step of preparing a mold provided with at least one first cavity for molding a cleaning tool main body including two supporting pieces that are arranged with a predetermined interval and a handle portion that couples the two supporting pieces and can be held in a hand, the mold being configured such that at least one thread member to span between the two supporting pieces can be arranged in the mold; a second step of arranging the thread member in the mold; a third step of filling the first cavity with a resin material via a gate provided in the mold using a hot runner method; and a fourth step of removing the thread member and the cleaning tool main body fixed to the thread member from the mold.

An interdental brush comprising an interdental brush bar and a grip, the interdental brush bar having a central shaft and a joint portion, the central shaft surface axially staggering a plurality of first bristle sets and a plurality of second bristle sets, the first bristle set has two first bristles, and the second bristle set has two second bristles, and each of the first bristles is connected with an adjacent second bristles to form a squeegee. The grip connects the joint portion, and the squeegee can increase the contact area with the teeth to enhance the cleaning effect.

Dental floss device
A flossing device is provided comprising a body extending from a first end to a second end and defining a handle and a head. The head includes a first leg and a second leg spaced apart and extending parallel to each other at the second end. Each of the first leg and the second leg have a tip portion and a groove, the groove extending from a top end surface of the tip portion and into each leg. The groove is operable to receive a portion of floss. The device further comprises an upper protuberance and a lower protuberance disposed on each side of the body and near the head. Each of the upper protuberances and the lower protuberances have a retainer portion for receiving a portion of the floss and have a stop portion for holding the floss on the retainer portion.
DOUBLE-ENDED ORAL CARE DEVICE WITH INTERCHANGEABLE SNAP-ON FLOSSERS AND DISPOSABLE IMPLEMENTS
A multiple purpose oral care device is provided. The device comprises a two-ended manual tool with ergonomically shaped handle and attachment components located at least at a first end to accommodate semi-circular snap-on flossers. The device also comprises disposable implements for dental and gum care that attach to the snap-on flossers and comprise optional structures. The disposable implements comprise at least one of brushes and gum stimulators and are situated at ends of the snap-on flossers. A first optional structure combines a snap-on flosser and two parallel inter-proximal brushes, one on each end of the flosser. The first optional structure is directed to orthodontic patients with braces and patients with fixed restorations comprising at least one of crowns and bridges. A second optional structure comprises two gum stimulators, one with each attached on opposite sides of the snap-on flosser, pointing inward to each other and parallel to floss.
Dental floss holder and flosser
A dental floss holder and flosser is provided. The flosser provides a reusable dental device for cleaning between the user's teeth. The flosser comprises a casing, a pair of tines, and a floss advancement reel. A bundle of floss resides within the casing. A length of dental floss from the bundle of floss is fed through the casing and into the floss advancement reel. The length of dental floss is wrapped around the floss advancement reel. The length of dental floss is then strung taut along the pair of tines, forming a fresh segment of dental floss. The remaining length is routed and wrapped back to the floss advancement reel. A user can then rotate the floss advancement reel such that the segment of dental floss is replaced and ready for the next use.

Device for cleaning teeth which comprises a dental floss fork provided with a grippable handle and with two rods with free ends spaced from each other and a dental floss, which is mounted with a bridge section between the free ends of the two rods of the dental floss fork. The dental floss has annular extension and the dental floss fork is provided with a guide, in which the dental floss is housed, for supporting it along its annular extension. The dental floss is slidably mounted within the guide.
