A disposable dental waste filter device has a body having a tube receiving end having an outlet and a cap receiving end, a cap portion having an inlet and an end for insertion into the cap receiving end, a valve insert assembly for insertion into the body and the cap portion, and a filter assembly positioned within the body.

A suction valve for a dental treatment unit is connected to a downstream suction system and includes input and output conduits; a valve seat interposed therebetween; a diaphragm defining a chamber by moving between a resting position against the valve seat, blocking flow between the input and output conduits, and an active position distanced from the valve seat, allowing fluids to pass; a connecting conduit between the chamber and the output conduit and having an air entry point; and a pilot valve switched between a resting position, allowing air passage to the chamber through the connecting conduit and having a first portion, a closing point, and a second portion, and an active portion blocking air passage. A non-return valve at the entry point prevents an input flow to the connecting conduit and the upwelling of liquids from the output conduit to the pilot valve and/or the chamber.

A connector for a dental valve has a body having an exterior surface, a valve receiving end, a tip receiving end, a lumen formed between the valve receiving end and the tip receiving end, a front section, a center section, and a rear section.

A hands free suction device configured to remove matter generated during a dental procedure on a patient. The device includes a hose including a suction end, a connection end configured to be connected to a dental suction system, and a hollow fluid flow passageway extending between the suction end and the connection end. The hollow fluid flow passageway is configured to pass evacuated matter from the suction end to the connection end. The device also includes a nozzle that is coupled to the suction end of the hose and adapted to be disposed outside of an oral cavity of the patient. A first portion of the hose is articulable relative to a second portion of the hose, such that a dental professional performing the dental procedure does not need to hold the device during the dental procedure but can easily reposition the device if needed.

A removing device for dentistry has a connecting pipe, a controller, and a sucking tube. The controller is connected to the connecting pipe and has two connecting portions and an operating portion between the two connecting portions. The two connecting portions connect in fluid communication with each other via the operating portion. One of the connecting portions is connected to the connecting pipe. The operating portion has at least one relief hole disposed on an external surface thereof and in fluid communication with the connecting portions and a flow regulator. The sucking tube is connected to the other connecting portion opposite to the connecting pipe to connect in fluid communication with the connecting pipe via the controller. By pressing the operating portion to shield the relief hole or adjust the flow regulator to control the suction force, the removing device for dentistry can be used conveniently and removed quickly.

The dental instrument assemblies may be adapted to be periodically sterilized. The dental instrument assemblies may include a magnetically energetic fiber optic coupler. The magnetically energetic fiber optic coupler may be configured to allow dental instrument adapter to rotate with respect to an associated fiber optic cable that is removably connected to the magnetically energetic fiber optic coupler. The dental instrument assemblies may include a fiber optic material that is encapsulated.

A handle for retaining a source of suction or water at a rear end and a dental tool or medical tool at a front end. The assembly is made up of a six components: a suction handle back, a suction handle valve body, a suction handle valve, an O-ring, a suction handle front, and a suction handle clip. The suction handle back is assembled with the valve body, O-ring and suction handle valve in place before being sonically or ultrasonically welled to the suction handle front and to the suction handle back. The suction handle valve body protrudes out the back side of the suction handle back to allow for a hose to be attached.

A suction system includes a cup-shaped High Vacuum Evacuation (HVE) device including a first body portion including a second end, the first body portion including a channel at the second end and a first through hole extending through the first body portion, and a second body portion including a first end, the second body portion including a second through hole extending through the second through hole at the first end, a shield/visor connected to the cup-shaped High Vacuum Evacuation (HVE) device at the second end of the first body portion at the channel, and a coupling configured to connect the first end of the second body portion to a nozzle, the nozzle being in fluid communication with a built-in drain line.

A disposable dental waste filter device has a body having a tube receiving end having an outlet and a cap receiving end, a cap portion having an inlet and an end for insertion into the cap receiving end, a valve insert assembly for insertion into the body and the cap portion, and a filter assembly positioned within the body.
