USE OF RHAMNOSE AND ARABINOSE FOR DENTAL POWDER JET CLEANING
The invention relates to the use of a powder in a powder jet device for cleaning tooth surfaces by powder spraying, wherein the powder comprises rhamnose and/or arabinose. The invention also relates to a process for cleaning tooth surfaces with a powder jet device, wherein a powder comprising rhamnose and/or arabinose is used.
Implant scaler
A dental scaler for use in cleaning dental implants. The scaler includes a handle having a generally central axis extending along the length thereof, a handle tip end affixed to the handle, and a rod affixed to the handle tip end, wherein the rod comprises at least six sections, one angle, and a curved tip.

Powder chamber and station for a powder chamber
A powder chamber, in particular for powder polishing devices, including a casing and two functional sectors, whereby the two functional sectors are arranged to be opposite to each other, and whereby at least one functional sector is designed to provide an opening for a working medium such as air or a mixture of powder and air, and whereby the two functional sectors are designed to allow the powder chamber to be locked. The two functional sectors are preferably arranged along an axis and are rotationally symmetric.

ORAL CARE DEVICE AND METHOD
An oral care device has a field generator adapted to generate an electric field in a mouth of a user, responsive to an input control signal. The electric field is for imparting a force upon particles forming a biofilm to be removed by the oral care device or upon cleaning agent particles. A cyclic control signal is generated for intermittent generation of an electric field at a first RF frequency. The use of an intermittent generation of an RF electric field means the force applied to particles (in particular polarized particles) by the field is itself cyclic. The cyclic nature of this applied force is found to be more effective in the disintegration of a biofilm to be removed, and hence makes subsequent mechanical removal, e.g. by brushing, easier.

Kit and Method for Home Use for Interproximal Reduction (IPR) Stripping of Teeth for Braces or Aligners
An interproximal reduction (IPR) kit and method for using the same. The patient takes their own dental impression and submits it to a dental service provider for a treatment plan. A set of aligners based on the treatment plan are then delivered to the patient as part of a kit. The kit also includes a set of written instructions and/or a treatment diagram and a plurality of strips used to reduce the widths of specific spots of the patient's teeth according to the treatment plan. The patient follows the reapproximation instructions or is instructed to go to a website for supervision for the performance of the reapproximation process. After sufficient instruction, the patient applies the plurality of strips to the correct spots between their teeth. Once reapproximation is complete, the patient is ready to begin wearing the aligners as dictated by the treatment plan.
