A dome inhaler system is provided. The dome inhaler system includes a transparent dome with an opening designed to be placed over a pet's head to facilitate the pet's breathing of medicine dispensed within the dome. The system also includes an inhaler flange designed to mate an inhaler with the dome's opening to dispense a dose of medicine (preferably aerosolized) into the dome. Once the medicine is dispensed into the dome, the inhaler flange may be removed, and the dome may be placed over the head of a pet for the pet to freely breathe in the medicine. The system also allows for the metered or continuous introduction of therapeutic gasses and other concentrated atmospheres to the subject while the subject's head is within the dome. The dome may then be easily removed by lifting it off of the pet's head.

The anesthetization gas mask is geometrically constructed such that a movement of the first mask part from a working position to a blocking position relative to the second mask part blocks the passage of anesthetization gas into the anesthetization volume. This anesthetization gas mask has a valve function integrated in the mask system itself, so that anesthesia gas is not spilled when not in use and with a fixed geometry so that the extraction is always present when handled.

The treatment chamber is a stationary installation or adapted as a trailer to treat animals during a journey or to transport the treatment chamber to the animals location, for example, a zoo or to apiaries.

The system also includes a vaccination station for individually vaccinating piglets. The vaccination station is located between the pair of side walls in a region thereof that is sized to only permit one piglet to stand between the side walls. The vaccination station includes at least one sensor that detects the presence of the one piglet within the vaccination station and at least one spray nozzle positioned within the vaccination station such that a vaccine dose discharged therefrom is directed upwardly into facial areas of the piglet effectively.
