Disposable Diaper And Cushion Sheet
To maintain, in a wide state, the spaces in a ventilation channel formed when a waist expansion member contracts. This disposable diaper has formed therein, on one or both of a front part (1) and a rear part (2), a cushion part (40). The cushion part (40) includes: an inner sheet (41); an outer sheet (42); one or a plurality of waist expansion members (43); and a cushion forming sheet (44). In a state where the waist expansion member (43) is stretched in the width direction, the member is secured between the inner sheet (41) and the outer sheet (42). The cushion forming sheet (44) overlaps one or both of the inner sheet (41) and the outer sheet (42), and is joined thereto so that in the width direction joining portions (51) and non-joining portions (52) are alternatingly continuous. The joining portions (51) are formed by joining-lines (53) which are straight and extend in the longitudinal direction and at least two columns of which are side by side. The space (second space (D2)) between the joining-line columns in one joining portion is narrower than the space (first space (D1)) between adjacent joining portions.
Disposable Diaper And Cushion Sheet
To improve the ventilation properties of a sheet used in a flute structure. This disposable diaper has formed therein, on at least one of a front part and a rear part, a cushion part (40). In the cushion part (40), in a state where a waist expansion member (43) is stretched in the width direction of the diaper, the member is sandwiched and secured between an inner sheet (41) and an outer sheet (42). In the cushion part (40), a cushion forming sheet (44) overlaps one or both of the inner sheet (41) and the outer sheet (42), and is intermittently joined thereto so that in the width direction joining portions (51) and nonjoining portions (52) are alternatingly continuous. Formed in the cushion forming sheet (44) are a plurality of openings (60) or depressions that are grouped into row groups (R) and column groups (C). A continuous line (A) links the plurality of openings (60) or depressions which belong to the column group (C), and the line is inclined at a prescribed angle (θ) with respect to a reference line (F) that extends in the longitudinal direction.
DISPOSABLE DIAPER AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING DISPOSABLE DIAPER
In this disposable diaper, a compound stretchable member is provided to a waist portion, and the compound stretchable member is provided with a plurality of elastic members extending in a waist direction, and an inside nonwoven fabric sheet portion and an outside nonwoven fabric sheet portion superposed so as to be joined to each other via the elastic members. The waist portion includes a first region and a second region provided continuously with or separately from the first region in a direction orthogonal to and the waist direction, and protruding parts and recessed parts of an unevenness region are provided at a first unevenness pitch in the compound stretchable member disposed in the first region along the waist direction, and are provided at a second unevenness pitch different from the first unevenness pitch in the compound stretchable member disposed in the second region.
EXTENSIBLE LAMINAR MATERIAL, IN PARTICULAR FOR SANITARY ARTICLES, AND RELATIVE MANUFACTURING METHOD
A transversely extensible elastic laminar web material comprising a first and a second web material each of which defines a first and a second distal region adjacent to corresponding longitudinal side edges and a central region between the aforesaid distal regions, at least one web of elastomeric material applied to these central regions of the first and second web materials and a plurality of connection formations applied to at least one distal region of said first and second web materials and projecting from a respective longitudinal edge. In the transversely extensible elastic laminar web material, the elastomeric web material and the connection formations are interposed between said first and second web materials and are joined thereto by mechanical welds.
ABSORBENT ARTICLES COMPRISING STRETCH LAMINATES
An absorbent article includes a chassis includes a topsheet, a backsheet, and an absorbent core disposed between the topsheet and the backsheet, and at least one elastically elongatable panel joined to the chassis. The elastically elongatable panel includes an ultrasonically bonded stretch laminate. The stretch laminate includes a first nonwoven and a second nonwoven, and an elastomeric film sandwiched between the first and second nonwovens. The elastomeric film has two surfaces and a skin on at least one of the surfaces. The stretch laminate further incudes a zone that is unactivated. The laminate is elastically extensible in a stretch direction. The elastomeric film includes activation stripes.
Stretchable laminate and article comprising same
Provided is a stretchable laminate that achieves both a weight reduction and an extension strength, and that can be stably produced. Also provided is an article including such stretchable laminate. The stretchable laminate of the present invention includes: an elastomer layer; and an olefin-based resin layer arranged on at least one side of the elastomer layer, wherein when a longitudinal direction of the stretchable laminate is defined as an MD direction and a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction is defined as a CD direction, a ratio [10% extension strength in MD direction (N/30 mm)]/[basis weight (gsm)] of the stretchable laminate is 0.14 (N/30 mm.Math.gsm) or more.
ELASTIC DIAPER ELEMENT
An elastic diaper element that includes an elastic layer (11) and at least one layer (12) made of a nonwoven fabric. The element has connection portions (15) between the elastic layer (11) and the non-woven layer (12). The non-woven layer (12) is corrugated in the non-stretched state and has portions (16) that act as a reserve allowing stretching. The connection portions (15) include zones (18) in which there is a form-fitting bond of material of the layer (12) made of the nonwoven and solidified material of the elastic layer (11).
BELT ASSEMBLIES FOR ABSORBENT ARTICLES
The present disclosure relates to front and back waist belt assemblies for absorbent articles. In some configurations, an absorbent article may include an absorbent chassis. First and second belts may be connected with opposing end regions of the chassis. At least one of the first belt and the second belt may comprise: an elastic material positioned between and connected with a first substrate and a second substrate. A panel layer extending longitudinally from a first lateral edge to a second lateral edge may be connected with at least one of the first substrate and the second substrate. The panel layer and/or the first and/or second substrate of the first and/or second belts may include features that differ along a width and/or length of the belts. Such features may include belt tensioning, rugosities, bonding patterns, and/or aperture arrangements.
