Stretchable laminate sheet and disposable worn article
A stretchable laminate sheet including a thermoplastic stretchable film laminated on a non-woven fabric containing thermoplastic fiber therein, wherein: the non-woven fabric and the stretchable film are welded together at a plurality of first and second welding portions; the first welding portions are longer in a first direction and are shorter in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction; and the second welding portions are longer in a third direction crossing the first direction and are shorter in a fourth direction perpendicular to the third direction.
Wearable Absorbent Undergarment and Related Methods
A wearable absorbent undergarment designed to eliminate the presence of moisture on a wearer's skin due to urination or urinary incontinence. Additional inner layers with an orifice for containing the male penis occludes the penis in an internal cavity, and, thereby, prevents skin contact with expelled fluids. The isolation decreases the chance of irritation, discomfort, and diaper rash developments.
INCONTINENCE PANT WITH LOW-PROFILE UNELASTICIZED ZONES
A disposable absorbent pant having an enhanced belted or balloon-type structure is disclosed. The belt structure may be formed of stretch laminate material, including laterally pre-strained elastomeric material sandwiched between inner and outer layers of nonwoven web material. The belt structure may include one or more unelasticized zones, in which the elastomeric material is omitted, removed or deactivated. As a result, lateral gathers or ruffles of the inner and outer layers, otherwise resulting from elastic contraction of the pre-strained elastomeric material, are substantially reduced in size and/or frequency, or eliminated, within the unelasticized zones. The laminate in the unelasticized zone(s) will thus have relatively lower z-direction thickness and will lie more closely against the wearer's skin. When unelasticized zone(s) are located proximate the sides/hip areas of the product, for example, this effect may provide the product with a more tailored profile and enhance its discreetness when worn beneath outer clothing.
Absorbent article having interconnected waist and leg bands
An absorbent article includes a front waist region, a back waist region, and a crotch region extending between the front and back waist regions. The front waist region has a front waist edge and the back waist region has a back waist edge. The front and back waist edges define a waist opening when the absorbent article is in a wear configuration. An elastomeric waist band extends around at least a portion of the waist opening adjacent the front and back waist edges and defines a circumference of the waist opening. Each leg cuff member of a pair of leg cuff members defines a respective leg opening when the absorbent article is in the wear configuration and operatively connected to the waist band such that movement of the waist band results in movement of the leg cuff members.
Disposable diaper
A disposable diaper (10) in this invention is comprising designs (300a, 300b) that are visually recognizable from a non-skin contact surface side S of the disposable diaper (10) is provided in a region spanning a crotch region (25) and extending to a front waistline region (20) and a rear waistline region (30). A method of arranging the design (300b) provided in a region closer to a side of the front waistline region (20) than the crotch stretching unit (200a) is configured to be different from a method of arranging the design (300a) provided in a region closer to a side of the rear waistline region (30) than the crotch stretching unit (200a).
Disposable diaper
A disposable diaper (10) includes a pair of leg stretch units (75) extending along the leg opening (35) and can expand and contract in the product longitudinal direction. A separation distance (D2) between the ends the leg stretch units (75) in the rear waistline region 30 is longer than the separation distance (D1) between the ends of the leg stretch units (75) in the front waistline region (20). The leg stretch units extending from the crotch region towards the rear waistline region are convex outwardly in the product widthwise direction. The leg stretch units extending from the crotch region towards the front waistline region are convex towards an inner side in the product widthwise direction.
Open-type disposable diaper with crotch stretch unit
An open-type disposable diaper includes a crotch stretch unit formed in an absorber arrangement region where an absorber is arranged in a crotch region and being stretchable in a product longitudinal direction; a pair of leg stretch units formed along a leg hole openings and being stretchable in at least the product longitudinal direction; and a waist stretch unit formed in a back waistline region and being stretchable in a product widthwise direction; the absorber core arrangement region enclosed by the crotch stretch unit, the leg stretch units, and the waist stretch unit and configuring the absorber is formed so as not to be stretched. The length of the absorber core arrangement region in the product longitudinal direction is configured to be longer than half the length of the crotch stretch unit in the product longitudinal direction.
