METHOD, APPARATUS AND KIT FOR TREATING CHRONIC AND LONG-TERM NASAL CONGESTION
A method of treating episodic and chronic nasal congestion of the human nasal passages is disclosed. The present invention combines use of decongestant nasal spray, saline nasal spray, and nasal dilator therapies with minimized risk of incurring rebound congestion. The method may be used as both preventative and withdrawal therapies for patients experiencing rebound congestion. Nasal dilators, decongestant nasal spray and saline nasal spray are provided in kit form whereby users may practice the method.

Devices and methods for nasal splinting
A nasal splint and methods for using such splints are provided. The nasal splint may include an elongate generally planar member comprising first and second ends, and a first outer surface and an opposite second outer surface; a tubular airway extending along the first outer surface at least partially between the first and second ends, thereby defining a lumen having an opening adjacent the first end; and a structure on one of the elongate member and tubular airway adjacent the first end supporting a feature that is spaced apart from the first outer surface and configured to support a suture across the opening when the suture is directed through the elongate member adjacent the first end and the feature.

Nasal Impression Assembly and Method of Measuring/Imprinting the Nasal Impression
A nasal impression assembly for use in prosthodontics and otolaryngology, wherein the assembly includes detachable components specifically designed for recording precise nasal impressions. The detachable components may include plurality of nasal cones, a pair of injection syringes, and an extra nasal mesh splint, assembled on a horizontal bar. Further a method is provided for measuring/imprinting the impression, by using the assembly, wherein an impression material is brought in contact with extra-nasal and/or intra-nasal structure to imprint its size and/or shape.
METHODS AND DEVICES TO TREAT NASAL AIRWAYS
Methods and devices for treating nasal airways are provided. Such devices and methods may improve airflow through an internal and/or external nasal valve, and comprise the use of mechanical re-shaping, energy application and other treatments to modify the shape, structure, and/or air flow characteristics of an internal nasal valve, an external nasal valve or other nasal airways.

NASAL INSERT AND CANNULA AND METHODS FOR THE USE THEREOF
A nasal insert includes a housing having a circumferential wall defining an interior passage. The wall has a longitudinal gap extending along a length thereof, with an outer peripheral dimension of the housing being adjustable by varying the gap. A valve is in communication with the interior passage and limits a fluid flow through the interior passage in at least one direction. In another embodiment, a nasal insert includes a user interface having a tubular housing defining an interior cavity open at opposite ends. An exterior surface of the housing is adapted to interface with a nasal vestibule of a user. A base is received in the interior cavity of the housing and includes an exit port. A cap is connected to the base and has an input port. A valve member is disposed in an interior passage defined by at least one of the cap and base, with the valve member being moveably received in the interior passage. Methods of using and assembling the nasal inserts also are provided.
