Digital display welding mask with HDR imaging
A display system for a welding helmet that includes a darkening filter layer, a high-dynamic range (HDR) camera system to capture an HDR light field, and an optical image stabilization subsystem. Captured images are displayed on an HDR electronic display within the welding helmet without risk of overexposure of ultraviolet radiation to the operator. In some examples, dual electronic displays are used to display different HDR images to each eye of the operator.
DIGITAL DISPLAY WELDING MASK WITH HDR IMAGING

Captured images are displayed on an HDR electronic display within the welding helmet without risk of overexposure of ultraviolet radiation to the operator. In some examples, dual electronic displays are used to display different HDR images to each eye of the operator.
Near-eye display module, welding mask, welding system and control method thereof
A near-eye display module includes a fixed base connected to the front end of a headgear, and an imaging module housing connected to the fixed base and provided with an imaging lens on the bottom thereof. The imaging module housing is provided with a projection component inside, the projection component is configured to project text and graphic information indicating the working state of the filter and further configured to display text and graphic information of the working state of the welding machine and other equipment communicating with it. The projection component is configured to project an image toward the imaging lens and is within the observation range of one eye of the wearer. With the structure in which the near-eye display module is fixed on the headgear, the operator can clearly see the adjusted parameters and operating parameters, and the influence on the operator's line of sight is reduced.
Voltaic Arc Processing Apparatus and Method
A voltaic arc processing apparatus and method are described for processing metal workpieces, like MMA electrode welding, TIG/MIG/MAG welding, plasma welding, plasma cuts, etc., in which a welding mask includes a protective head covering worn by an operator to protect eyesight from a very intense light emission produced during processing, two or more cameras arranged outside the protective head covering to send the images of the processing to a screen arranged inside the protective head covering and visible by the operator, wherein the operator can set one or more operating parameters of the processing that are displayed on the screen.
Refractive surface for blocking short- and medium-wavelength visible-spectrum radiation that affects human physiology
The invention relates to a refractive surface for blocking short- and medium-wavelength visible-spectrum radiation that affects human physiology. The refractive surface selectively absorbs short wavelengths between 380 nm and 500 nm, between a maximum and a minimum absorption threshold, and selectively absorbs medium wavelengths between 500 nm and 590 nm, between a maximum and a minimum absorption threshold, the selective absorption of short and medium wavelengths between 380 nm and 590 nm not completely blocking the passage of visible light in this range. Other embodiments include an LED screen, a software product and an electronic device, and ophthalmic, intraocular or sunglass lenses.
VISION-PROTECTING FILTER LENS
A vision-protecting filter lens, including a multilayer optical film and a neutral-density optical filter.
WELDING HELMET HAVING A ZIPPER ARRANGEMENT AND WELDING HELMET ASSEMBLY
The present application relates to a welding helmet comprising a helmet housing and a head cover adapted to be worn on a wearer's head and made of an air-impermeable and flexible material, wherein a zipper arrangement is provided between the helmet housing and the head cover to detachably connect the head cover to the helmet housing around the whole perimeter of an opening of the helmet housing, and wherein after the head cover is connected to the helmet housing, the zipper arrangement is located within the housing of the welding helmet. The present application also relates to an assembly having the welding helmet.
Optical filters affecting color vision in a desired manner and design method thereof by non-linear optimization
The invention generally relates to optical filters that provide regulation and/or enhancement of chromatic and luminous aspects of the color appearance of light to human vision, generally to applications of such optical filters, to therapeutic applications of such optical filters, to industrial and safety applications of such optical filters when incorporated, for example, in radiation-protective eyewear, to methods of designing such optical filters, to methods of manufacturing such optical filters, and to designs and methods of incorporating such optical filters into apparatus including, for example, eyewear and illuminants.
AUTO-DARKENING WELDING HELMET WITH A TOUCHABLE OPERATING SCREEN
The present application relates to an auto-darkening welding helmet comprising a helmet housing; a headband structure connected to the helmet housing; an auto-darkening filter provided on the helmet housing; and an adjustment device by which operating parameters of the auto-darkening filter are adjustable, wherein the adjustment device is a touchable operating screen which faces towards an operator after the operator wears the welding helmet.
