Provided is a welding helmet control device comprising: a welding sensor or a light sensor configured to detect presence and intensity of welding light; a controller configured to count presence, intensity, and elapsed time of welding light, detected by the welding sensor or the light sensor, and to determine welding intensity, weld time, resting time, and weld number; a memory configured to store the welding intensity, the weld time, the resting time, and the weld number; a display configured to display the welding intensity, the weld time, the resting time, and the weld number, stored in the memory; a shutter driver configured to drive a shutter liquid crystal display (LCD) to vary a darkness concentration under control of the controller; and a setting unit configured to receive a setting value and a manipulation command, set by a user, and to transmit the received information to the controller.
Digital display welding mask with HDR imaging
A display system for a welding helmet that includes a darkening filter layer, a high-dynamic range (HDR) camera system to capture an HDR light field, and an optical image stabilization subsystem. Captured images are displayed on an HDR electronic display within the welding helmet without risk of overexposure of ultraviolet radiation to the operator. In some examples, dual electronic displays are used to display different HDR images to each eye of the operator.
Near-eye display module, welding mask, welding system and control method thereof
A near-eye display module includes a fixed base connected to the front end of a headgear, and an imaging module housing connected to the fixed base and provided with an imaging lens on the bottom thereof. The imaging module housing is provided with a projection component inside, the projection component is configured to project text and graphic information indicating the working state of the filter and further configured to display text and graphic information of the working state of the welding machine and other equipment communicating with it. The projection component is configured to project an image toward the imaging lens and is within the observation range of one eye of the wearer. With the structure in which the near-eye display module is fixed on the headgear, the operator can clearly see the adjusted parameters and operating parameters, and the influence on the operator's line of sight is reduced.
Automatic darkening filter with adaptive parameter adjustment and working method thereof
An automatic darkening filter with adaptive parameter adjustment includes: a welding arc intensity detection unit configured to provide a first signal for determining the welding arc intensity; a solar power supply module configured to provide electric energy for the welding arc intensity detection unit and provide a second signal for determining the ambient light intensity; and a CPU and a light valve, the CPU being configured to calculate a difference between the welding arc intensity and the ambient light intensity based on the first and second signals, and control the scale number of the light valve based on the difference. The automatic darkening filter can realize the automatic adjustment of the scale number, and in the adjustment process, the welding arc intensity signal can be revised based on the ambient light intensity, which can effectively ensure the accuracy of the final determination of the scale number.
Combination of a goggle and a face mask
The present application discloses an apparatus, comprising: a goggle, including a goggle frame and a protective lens installed in the goggle frame; a face mask releasably connected to the goggle; a detachable pivot-connection structure provided between two lateral sides of the goggle frame and the face mask, the detachable pivot-connection structure comprising a pivoting axis substantially parallel to a lateral direction of the goggle frame; and a detachable locking structure provided between the goggle frame and the face mask, the detachable pivot-connection structure configured to cooperate with the detachable pivot-connection structure to selectively lock the goggle frame and the face mask together.
