Stationary automated device for lower limb rehabilitation
Two vertical front posts and two vertical rear posts are mounted on a flat platform of the automated device. The front posts mounted in the horizontal guide are symmetrically moved by the spacing adjustment mechanism within the range between the position of the joined front posts to a dimension between their inner surfaces equal to the width of the wheelchair, and the moved apart position to a dimension where the width dimension of the wheelchair is located between the mechanical legs suspended on the front posts. On the inner surfaces of the front posts, there are vertical guides with a screw drive mechanism for pelvic height adjustment. The mechanical legs girdle the patient's lower limbs from the outside by pelvic control units that induce a symmetrically alternating movement of the hip joint hinges in both mechanical legs with ellipsoid trajectories, and by adjustable thigh and shin connectors and foot connectors.
ANTI-CONSTIPATION AND ANTI-FLATULENCE DEVICE
Anti-constipation and anti-flatulence device is provided which comprises an outer casing, inside which outer casing is movably mounted at least one piston having at one end a support foot on a patient's belly. Movement means of said piston are further present, configured such that the piston passes from a condition of maximum extraction from the outer casing of the support foot to a condition of minimum extraction and/or insertion of the support foot and vice versa and such that, in the maximum extraction condition, the support foot translates linearly along a work plane, which work plane substantially identifies the patient's belly.
CHEST COMPRESSION MACHINE DRIVEN USING CHAIN DEVICE
A chest compressor for compressing a patient's chest to perform a cardio pulmonary resuscitation is provided. The chest compressor includes a housing, a driving module provided inside the housing, at least one chain device configured to be driven by the driving module, a guide member configured to guide a movement of the at least one chain device, and a pressing member provided in an end portion of the at least one chain device. The at least one chain device may be formed by connecting a plurality of chain members to each other in a longitudinal direction, and the pressing member may be configured to compress the patient's chest while moving up and down by the at least one chain device.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROVIDING OSCILLATORY MOTION TO AN INDIVIDUAL
A medical device for providing oscillatory motion to an individual is provided. The medical device includes a holder that can hold one or more body parts of an individual and an oscillatory mechanism that can transmit an oscillating force to the holder. The medical device includes one or more sensors that provide information about the individual and one or more compliant components that are configured to allow movement of the one or more body parts that deviates from a movement of oscillation. The oscillating mechanism can dynamically change a frequency of an oscillation based on feedback from the one or more sensors. The oscillating mechanism can also dynamically change an amplitude of the oscillation based on feedback from the one or more sensors.
PERCUSSIVE MASSAGE DEVICE WITH SELECTABLE STROKE LENGTH
A percussive massage device includes a cylinder extending along a longitudinal axis. A motor shaft that rotates about a central axis perpendicular to the longitudinal axis. A crank coupled to the shaft includes a first pivot offset from the central axis. A pinion gear is coupled to the first pivot. The pinion gear rotates within a ring gear. The pinion gear has a second pivot that rotates about the first pivot. A reciprocation linkage is coupled between the second pivot and a piston that moves longitudinally within the cylinder. An applicator head coupled to a second end of the piston has an end exposed outside the cylinder for application to a person receiving treatment. An actuator selectively rotates the ring gear to cause the applicator head to have a first stroke length and at least a second stroke length.
Cable-Based Body-Weight Support
An overhead support system includes a plurality of posts; a plurality of beams configured to connect to and span between the posts; a counterbalance system configured to be attached to the plurality of posts; a harness configured to be worn by and support a patient; a plurality of pulleys configured to be disposed on the plurality of posts; a plurality of cables, each cable including a first end configured to be operatively connected to the harness and a second end configured to be operatively connected to a counterbalance system, each cable passing over one of the pulleys; and a mechanism configured to selectively adjust a tension in at least one of the plurality of cables to support some or all of the weight of the patient. The counterbalance system compensates to maintain support while the patient is located between the posts and the harness is lower than the pulleys.
MULTIFUNCTIONAL MASSAGER
A multifunctional massager may include a frame body, and two first connecting bases are respectively formed at two ends of the frame body at symmetrical positions. Each of the two first connecting bases comprises three connecting bears at the inner surface thereof, and the connecting bears on the two first connecting bases are located at corresponding positions. An accommodating space is formed between the two first connecting bases. A massage member installed on the fame body between the two first connecting bases comprises a driving motor, a driving shaft, two connecting rods, and two driven shafts. The driving motor is connected to and drives the driving shaft, and two eccentric wheels are connected to two ends of the driving shaft. The two eccentric wheels are adapted to eccentrically drive the two connecting rods to carry out the reciprocating actions of internal pull and external push.
Percussive therapy device with electrically connected attachment
A percussive therapy system includes a percussive therapy device that includes a housing, an electrical source, a motor positioned in the housing, a switch for activating the motor, a push rod assembly operatively connected to the motor and configured to reciprocate in response to activation of the motor, and an attachment configured to be operatively connected to a distal end of the push rod assembly of the percussive massage device and to provide at least one therapeutic effect to a user. The attachment may include at least one of an actuator configured to provide the at least one therapeutic effect to the user and a sensor configured to obtain at least one of biometric data of the user and information regarding operation of the percussive therapy device.
Motion assistance apparatus
A motion assistance apparatus includes a proximal frame configured to support a proximal part of a user, a connecting frame rotatably connected to the proximal frame, a distal frame rotatably connected to the connecting frame and configured to support a distal part of the user, and a power transmitter including a slider configured to slide along the proximal frame, a pusher rotatably connected to the distal frame and the slider, and a coupler configured to connect the slider and the pusher and positioned closer to the proximal part of the user than a rotation axis of the connecting frame in the whole range of motion.
Neck and Upper Back Massage Device
