Compositions for regulating gastric acid buildup using cannabinoid compounds are described herein. The cannabinoid compounds can include one or more of cannabicyclol (“CBL”), cannabichromene (“CBC”), cannabidivarin (“CBDV”), cannabidol (“CBD”), cannabigerol hexyl (“CBG-C6”), cannabigerol heptyl (“CBG-C7”), cannabigerol nonyl (“CBG-C9”), cannabidol-C2 (“CBD-C2”), cannabidol hexyl (“CBD-C6”), and cannabidol heptyl (“CBD-C7”). The cannabinoid compounds can be H.sub.2 antagonists. Methods and articles including the cannabinoid compounds are further disclosed.

This disclosure provides cannabinoid preparations for human consumption that have proven clinical benefits in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2 (the virus that causes COVID-19). The preparations are made from full-spectrum hemp oil, which includes a mixture of cannabinoids that work synergistically. The hemp oil is micellized with a median particle size of 22 nm in diameter, which considerably increases intestinal absorption, resulting in higher potency and a more rapid onset of action. Taken regularly, the preparation helps improve sleep quality by lengthening the time spent in deep sleep. In patients with COVID, the improved sleep quality is accompanied by a lower risk of cytokine storm.

The present disclosure relates to the use of suitable phytocannabinoids such as cannabidivarin, cannabinol, cannabigerol or cannabichromene or combinations thereof for treatment of multiple myeloma and/or similar conditions, diseases or disorders.

The present invention provides processes for producing visibly clear aqueous consumable products. Consumable products may include compositions for solubilizing water-insoluble and poorly water-soluble or poorly permeable active ingredients such as drugs, nutritional supplements, and essential oils. The present disclosure relates to compositions comprising an oil-in-water nano-emulsion dispersed in an external oil phase, methods for the preparation of such compositions as well as uses of such compositions, for example, for delivery of active ingredients to a subject. The methods comprise combining a first mixture comprising a liquid oil and a charged lipid with a second mixture that is an aqueous mixture comprising a film-forming thermoreversible emulsifier to prepare an oil-in-water nano-emulsion; and combining the oil-in-water nano-emulsion with a third mixture comprising a combination of solid lipids to prepare the composition.

An embodiment of a CBD or other cannabinoid or terpene or lipid-soluble Nano-Emulsion material and the process comprises a formulation comprising at least a lecithin or mixed lecithin, one or more carrier oils, and a Vitamin E TPGS from a sunflower version and a soy version or Polysorbate 80, 60 or 65. Among either version, the versions may further comprise mixed tocopherols and still further comprise at least one of; an LCT oil, an olive oil, and coconut oil. Any one of the versions may further comprise at least one of; sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate, and sorbic acid, and even yet further comprise purified water. Some embodiments may comprise a Vitamin E acetate or beeswax.

Self-emulsifying compositions are disclosed that form stable monodispersions in aqueous solutions containing relatively high concentrations of cannabinoids. They can be easily diluted in aqueous solutions. This makes them suitable for the production of water-based oral products, in particular pharmaceutical compositions, medical devices or food products.
